After I received the confirmation that I made in order with your company I never got anything else until this last wanting to know whether or not I got my shipment I think that in most cases whenever I deal with companies I usually get a confirmation when they ship so that I can take a look at it very poor this year

I will definitely add fragranceX to normal routine of punching fragrances.
The online experience was easy and user friendly I will ordering from from fragranceX in the future.

Great prices and easy ordering. Only negative was the Post Office sent my order to the wrong city and that caused a four-day delay in receiving it. No fault of FragranceX.

Item came just as advertised and perfect condition packaged perfectly came in a few days well within the time limit and very very reasonably priced

The cologne we received from FRAGRANCE X is completely IMPOSTER FRAGRANCE. We literally went to the store that actually makes the cologne and compared it side by side and it IS 100 % FAKE. We highly suggest ONLY PURCHASE PERFUMES & COLOGNES INSIDE A STORE.
So thankful we are getting a refund.

The samples were extremely small for $3 each. I used to get these from Walmart for $2 but they were at least 3 times as large. Th rest of the order was fine.

Seemed simple enough. Visit website, create account, order products, pay for them, get order confirmation email. Turns out the order was cancelled by the vendor, no reason given, and no notification either. Not sure if this is an actual reputable vendor or a honeypot to collect personal info and payment information for nefarious purposes. Will be watching for misdeeds. Buyer beware.

I bought a fragrance in plenty of time for a birthday - a few days before the birthday the product had still not arrived. I messaged the company to say that I was still waiting for delivery. They responded that my payment card had been declined - we had some fraudulent charges that same day and the card had been cancelled - no big deal BUT they didn't let me know. No emails no alerts. Nothing. Checked my spam too but nothing. They then lied to me and said they had sent messages. I still don't know if I have been charged for the product, I am trying to find out but this is shoddy service and left me scrambling for a present just a day before the birthday. Will not be using again.

I have purchased several perfumes here and I have enjoyed a great experience each time. I am a loyal customer and have told everyone I know about FragranceX... extremely happy customer, thank you!

I no longer purchase my fragrances in a store. I purchase online now for many resources including quality, selection and price.

It was sent to the wrong address. They won't mail out my order to the correct address or give a refund. I'm out $45. Order through another company. Ripoff.

Fast shipping and the products are 100% authentic! I am always questionable when ordering from a place that is not a well known big title store but this is 100% legit and every time I've ordered have been pleased!
