I ordered 1 bottle of perfume and the company charged me with 3 different invoices (3 separate charges on my card) I reported it to my credit card company and they immediately turned off my credit card it took quite a few days on pending before 2 of the charges finally fell off
my credit card company had to removed the 3rd transaction and I had to wait 10 days for a new card I will never use this website ever again

Customer service person Mariz, didn't even read my complain, told me to go to the provided address to get my package. The strange thing is, I live at the address. Their system ignored my apartment number lost my package. No body can deliver a package without an apartment number in an apartment building.

I am lost my money and time. I bought the fragrance as a Christmas gift and now I don't have anything. I'll have to buy again, don't even have enough time and this company can't help in anyway.

Never going to shop here again.

Please read my detailed review on Trust Pilot
After placing my order I was not provided with confirmation or an order number I contacted FragranceX for same and was advised the email address which I provided by automation and this caused the problem. Bear in mind they sent an email high today has changed to an invoice number showing an invoice which showed a completely different amount to the amount they took from my bank.
Yesterday I received an email with order number that doesn't exist and shipping tracking which would take 2-3 days to activate. I have constantly updated my review through T Pilot and FragranceX had replied to the through the review site stating the goods eee delivered pm yesterday.considering I live in Northern Ireland UK I found it miraculous this was the case, I have no idea where it was delivered to but not to me.
My bank fraud department contacted me today to say 3 times the same company bank account where the initial money the company took from me had applied again for more money today they declined payment and are now investigating the company. They also took money for the exchange rate.
It seems they have no issues removing money but have tried to blame me for making mistakes in the same email I contacted them on
Order number same invoice does not exist
I'm not an existing or new customer
The invoice goods and amount different to amount charged
Customer service responded to the review the goods where delivered I'm still waiting on that information via email
I didn't think I needed to go back to the review to get an update from FragranceX that ultimately was blatant lies.
If goods left USA yesterday before shipping tracking was activated and arrived PM in the UK it must be some ship
DO NOT SEND ANY MONEY
Will keep updating I have again asked for my money to be returned

Hello,

I'm extremely disappointed with the way Fragrance X in handling my dispute. You guys used USPS to delivery packages, it shouldn't be my job to contact your carrier to request the 3-page delivery record. That should be the merchant's job. Also, if USPS is claiming they left an unattended package on my porch in NY, then they should be held liable if it wasn't received. I was billed $196.10 for something that wasn't received and Fragrance X is not doing anything about the matter, they are just trying to make this really stressful on me. If no one was home at the time they claim they made the delivery then why would they just leave almost $200 worth of merchandise on the street. Would you leave $200.00 on someone porch. I will call the BBB and write a review on this claim because this is not right. I already filed a claim with my credit card company.

Hope you are well. We are sorry to hear that you did not receive your order. Please note that this was delivered to the address you provided at checkout. We have filed a claim on your behalf with the carrier. Please note that you put this address and there are no instructions NOT TO leave it if you are not home. But in the carrier's defense, this is normal to drop off a package at the address provided by the customer. The customer will usually have special instructions with their local post office if they should not leave things at their address because it is not safe. Unfortunately, we do have to wait for the carrier to investigate. If the claim is approved we will gladly refund you in full.

I wanted to place an order but, before confirming it, I noticed that the exchange rate was very high. I called, again before order placement, and spoke to someone (******* service ticket) who gave me an even lower price in US$ than the rate on the order - this after giving me numerous excuses as to why the Canadian dollar rate might be higher eg: taxes (which are not variable)... after refuting them all, she gave me a lower rate. I had to call the Order Desk to place the order, which I did (#*******). Imagine my surprise upon checking my credit card bill and finding out that the charged amount is exactly the same as the originally objected-to Canadian dollar rate. I will never order from them again. The only reason that I did not give them 1-star is because the goods arrived on time and in good order ie. As they should have.

This is the best perfume in the world

I ordered perfume for my wife here. Honestly admit I ordered at random, but my wife liked it so much that for the next three years I bought her only this brand. My mom also liked this scent and now my two any women smell the same.
Purchase, delivery, service - everything is great! I recommend to everyone!

Order incomplete and refused to give me a refund. I ordered over $300 in singapore and 1 item was missing, d&g the one and is the most expensive one too! Got taxed $48+ wth! 2-3 weeks later to reach. This is just terrible. Box is smelly and wet when received

I ordered three perfumes, and it came even faster than the estimated time, keep in mind i live in Europe and it got sent from USA. I think it took 3-4 days, and that is insane speed from european perspective. The perfumes were original, unopened, and intact. Super Happy with my purchase, and I Am defienetly gonna order more

I place an order with FragranceX that totaled over 1K. I have ordered from them before without incident. With this order, they wanted an authorization code from my bank even though the funds were available and processed. I contact my bank (BoA) and they informed me they dont provide customers with authorization codes. The only codes they give are identification codes to verify they are speaking with their customer. When I informed FragranceX, they advised me that since I was unable to obtain the authorization code from my bank, they would cancel my order unless I used PayPal. I told them I do not use PayPal for anything. They then cancelled my order without any other options. I told them they lost me as a customer and I would use another site to give my 1K for purchases.

They kept telling me for fraud purposes they needed a nonexistent 6 digit number from B of A to confirm my identy. B of A said there was no such number. They said call Apple Pay for it. They said same thing. Try hey eventually got rude when i asked for a supervisor and hung up on me. They refunded my money tho. Stupid is stupid does….

Order never arrived and fragx doing nothing

Well the title says it all. I even called the shipping company and it's been almost 2 months with no delivery. Shipping company said to just have them send a new order but they didn't want to listen. Unless they refund me i will have to do a credit card fraud charge back.
Too bad 0 star not an option.
