I had no problem ordering and got the one I wanted. The very next day I got the offer of my order being on sale and I tried ordering that and asking for the original order to be stopped. I received both items, one at the price originally ordered, and one at the sales price. It is a matter of almost $20 difference. I think you should have warned that the item would be on sale and to wait one day or in processing my original order, you should have given me the sales price. It is confusing when things like this happen. My husband does the bills and he gets antsy when things are not in order. So do I. We are older people and keep things in hard copies and match our purchases.

I ordered 1 bottle of perfume and the company charged me with 3 different invoices (3 separate charges on my card) I reported it to my credit card company and they immediately turned off my credit card it took quite a few days on pending before 2 of the charges finally fell off
my credit card company had to removed the 3rd transaction and I had to wait 10 days for a new card I will never use this website ever again

A tester is typically used in a department store or fragrance counter. Sometimes they do not have a cap or box, but they are just like the full-priced version. Testers are a great way to save when you know you like the product and rather not pay more for the fancy packaging. I have emailed you a return label for you to return the item if you are not satisfied with it. We never received any email from you regarding this issue. If we had you would have been advised that Testers are just an opportunity for customers to save money. As long as they do not care if they receive a fancy box. I personally have always bought testers for myself. Please accept our sincerest apologies that you are not happy with the item. Feel free to return it at no cost to you.
