I had previously ordered from this site numerous times & have always been satisfied but not with my most recent order. I placed an order June 22,2024 & still haven't received it. Today is July 5th, 2024. I have already called twice because the tracking number of the package is not moving through the USPS like it is suppose to. I keep getting the run around & being told to wait a few more days. My previous orders with this company have never taken this long & have always arrived quickly. Super disappointed that this is now how this company now is to customers.

Do not buy perfume or Cologne from this company because it's fake. They sent me a fake bottle of burberry cologne. I tried wearing the fragrance and it wore off within 5 minutes. After that, it stuck like alcohol and urine. Do not waste your hard earned money at fragrancex. Next time I'll just purchase at the department store. AGAIN, THIS COMPANY SELLS FAKE COUNTERFEIT COLOGNE.
