I purchased the Dolce & Gabbana light Blue Summer Vibes. I had tried it at a Shoppers and fell in love with it, the smell was still on my clothes the next day. I ordered off this site and it doesn't last more than an hour. So not sure if it's diluted or what but not the same product. So disappointing.

I purchased an over $300 perfume that for some reason smelled like bathroom cleaner or 'fecal' as some customers described. Therefore I asked for an exchange or refund. Fragrancex.com said refund only. They sent me a label. Given their reputation, I placed the item inside its original packaging new, unused except a single spray permitted by the seller and I decided to insure the package that required new shipping. In few days fragrancex.come sent an email acknowledging receive promising processing and refund if any!
Nothing happened. I made several failed attempts to contact them without success except dumb repeated automated emails without any human follow-up. Until I finally made contact over chat and over the phone, they said status of my return is marked as empty. I asked over the phone what empty? He replied no refund.
I have taken several precautions to get my money back, I hope they work. I also request every to help me with advice, please
