I was waiting and waiting for the order and I looked up on the website to track it and it just said canceled. No explanation, no reason, and no notice. That's really bad service.

I am a 65 year old women who used to be able to wear fragrances. I have not wear any since I retired, Now I find out that I can't wear any fragrance any more, eve my own. It is so sad because I used to love wearing perfumes. Fragrancex has been so gracious in letting me return these orders. So far I had to send all of them back. They are fast shippers, and there fragrances are nicely packaged.

I am happy with this company. They kept me informed of the whole process, when it was processed, shipped and when I could expect it. Products were priced reasonably and I had given up on finding two favorite fragrances of my younger years. I found both of them here. I will be ordering from them again!

I purchased polo 67 4.2 ounce it was suppose to be here in 2 or 3 days when it didn't come I called fragrance x.They told me it was out of stock but they charged my credit card anyway.I told the guy your website still says it's in stock but he said it wasn't.the sale price was 55.00 when I called it was 83.00 dollars.They told me it might be weeks or months before it was back in stock.So I cancelled my order.The very next morning I called fragerancex and they said it was in stock.They would not give me the sale price I had the day before I think it was in stock all along there web site never said it was out of stock.Please do not buy anything from this place they will lie to you.Im writing this review to let people know what kind of company this is.please do not give this company your business they are dishonest I think they didn't want to give me the sale price

I have not pretty much all of the John Varvatos collection and this is one of my favorites.

Great perfumes at discount price and quality.and it fits my budget and I can make payment and more expensive perfume in 4 payment
