Great website easy shopping and good prices all wrapped up in one

Overall l was happy with the service and products, but when l was checking the batch dates on my fragrances l noticed that one was nearly 9 years old. That's why l gave them 4 stars for products.

I used to love this company and was a frequent purchaser. I've made maybe 10 purchases this year and all were pleasant purchases until the last one. As they say, you are only as good as your last experience.
I made a $400 purchase on December 10th with plenty of time to receive my purchase for Christmas here in the states. I usually wait no longer than 4-6 days for arrival of my purchases. I got a shipping notification as usual yet FedEx has never updated the tracking because only the shipping label was created. The order never shipped.
Multiple times I've tried calling customer service to be only met with a message that no one can take calls. I've tried during different times of day too.
I resorted to asking for help via their support email address provided on their website. (*******@fragrancex.com) I've sent 4 email over the last 6 days and had no answers from any of the emails. Yet they can drop new posts on Instagram every day advertising for Christmas sale... The customer service is completely non-existent now.
I will never order from them again. I will take my business to fragrance.net or to Macy's before going through all this again. Now I have to file a claim with my bank. Huge inconvenience. Stay away from fragrancex,

Easy to find the perfumes or colognes that I was looking for and all for a great price! I will highly recommend to my family and friends.

The shopping experience at FragranceX was fine. The search is fast and the products are well-displayed and described. I always know what I'm looking for so suggestive retail doesn't really work with me. I rate it a 5-star shopping experience, however.

I ordered a product I was on the waitlist for that I received an email for that it was in stock. I placed the order on December 11, didn't receive any shipment updates as of 12/15/2020. I received a update on 12/19/2020, received the package at my door this morning (12/20/2020) and it wasn't at all what I'd ordered and what was suppose to have been shipped. I will ve returning the fragrance and this will be my only time ever using this website.

Ordered 2 perfumes. They were shipped fast, delivered fast, and packaged nicely. The prices were unimaginable as they were running a huge sale! Even before sale prices I would still buy!

Carolina Herrera Good Girl is my absolutely favorite perfume. I saw the price and I immediately bought it. I moved and I hit edit and changed my billing address! MACYS SHOULD CHANGE THEIR RULES! NOT EVERYONE HAS LAB TOPS OR COMPUTERS TO CHANGE ADDRESSES. MACYS, YOU SHOULD FOLLOW FRAGRANCEX.COM BY PUTTING ON THE ORDER FORM "EDIT." Definitely made my ordering easy peasy!

I know its not fragrance x fault but the usps delivery was very drawn out
