This was an positive experience using FragranceX. I also used a code and the shipping was very reasonable.

Very good so far none of the perfumes have damaged the spray as elsewhere

I ordered and made payment for 2 brand new items and I received 1 new item and the other was an unwrapped, opened and used item, despite the order taking longer than the promised date.
My customer satisfaction rating on this experience is very poor.

The USPS said it was delivered, but I didn't see anything! I assumed they dropped it off at the wrong address! I emailed customer service, they responded in a timely manner. They said they would refund me my total amount, but I got it later that day! Great customer service!

Loved how quick it came, didn't like how they kept telling me to get a 6 digit code, and my bank card would not give me one.

Product did not arrived on the initial delivery date or the new revised delivery dates. I was not able to contact company by phone. I was put on hold for a long period of time and on several occasions with no customer service representative assisting. I sent a email via company website Help link. The Help link didn't reply, but the delivery information was updated/revised once again. Product finally arrived about 10 days after being ordered.

My order was a Christmas gift. When I placed the order it stated that my order would arrive prior to Christmas. Unfortunately it did not arrive until the following Tuesday.

The perfume was $212 should've bought it then. Still was a good price and the product is even better than the sample I received.

My favorite fragrance is Versace Yellow Diamonds. I get compliments all the time just walking past someone. A win!

I ordered two bottles of Casmire by Chopard. I was not aware that this product has been modified. I am planning to return it. I wrote to the company to obtain a mailing label. It's been a week and I've not heard anything except for this survey. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Will not be doing business with them in the future unless I hear from them soon.

I always half to wait about 5-6 days after I order to track my item, it always saids a shipping label was created and usps is awaiting item I would like for my phone temp to be on it's way by the 2nd day after irdering.

I ordered this product on Wednesday, Dec 23 and paid extra for 1-day delivery, but didn't receive product till Wednesday, Dec 30. Was dissatisfied because of this reason.
