They always ship very fast and very quick and I love the service so much
I purchased 3 small items that you can't get in the US. These items were shipped in a box to my UK address provided by forward2me. When they received the package they had to combine and repackage them. This part was the only part I didn't understand or like. Why do you need to combine and repackage something that was already combined and packaged? After that they shipped my package to the US and less than a week later I had my items. Their shipping rates are reasonable and I'd defintely use their service again.

Yes its a bit on the expensive side, but I did save a measurable amount with them when is using their repacking /consolidation service

The outside packaging and the inside packaging were torn as if pierced, so I guess the package was not handled properly before it arrived to me from the Forward2me warehouse.

I ended up paying over £300 to ship a strong metal light shade worth about £100 from the UK to Singapore. The range of prices quote was absurd: about £300 to £700.
The goods were massively overpacked by Forward2Me which hugely added to the weight, size and cost of the transport.

There are only 2 factors that determine the price for shipping. These are size and weight.
Repack for Saving aims to 'reduce unnecessary empty space. Combine all items into fewer boxes. Discard any retailer or manufacturer packaging at the discretion of forward2me'.
Unfortunately, Repack for 'Saving' was not possible for your package due to the types of item inside. We did include additional packaging to ensure the goods were fully secure and protected for transit.
The original dimensions of the package did not change. The chargeable weight for the shipping price of the package prior to repack was based on the size of the package as the greater weight- not the actual weight of the package. After the repack was completed the size of the package remained the greater weight. The additional packaging that was added to the goods and the increase to the actual weight of the package did not effect the final shipping price paid.
The shipping price paid was still within the original price estimates shown prior to repack.

I'm a long-time customer, and forward2me really excels in what they do. I rarely leave a review about a post-purchase experience on a website, but this time I felt compelled to do it because these days it's not too often that we get the level of service that they provide. I'm just used their service to buy a print in Japan and we got the package in less than a week. Hard to believe but that's what they did. Highly recommended.
Yet again, a very smooth experience and fantastic communication. After running in to abit of a complication one of the customer support staff was extremely helpful and patient with me and my questions. Package arrived fantastically packed to keep my glass ornament safe and sound. It's safe to say forward2me will be seeing a lot more of me in the future =].

Quick and safe delivery, the only problem is I had to way customs cash on delivery, as there was no option to way online before delivery
The postage was quick the customer care team very helpful. The forward postage cost was very expensive and I wasn't given any indication of postage cost beforehand however without the service I would not have been able to buy my item

Our shipments came in exactly as we wished with everything in perfect condition. After placing our order we expected to wait a while for everything to arrive but we did not have to wait long at all. Within only a couple weeks our forwarded product showed up.
The consignment arrived damaged in terms of the manufacturer's packaging. Severe kinks, and wear and tear on the packaging of items. Several items of the consignment were unsealed WITHOUT my permission. Most of the items had a quality check seal which was broken upon delivery. However, no products were damaged. Paid For a premium service known as Protect+ and opted for Optimise for Safety prior to shipping to ensure careful dispatch. No safety measures at all were noted: The Optimise for Safety option was clearly DISREGARDED and the Combine and Repack service team RECYCLED the same Amazon Box(thin cardboard box) that contained the initial inbound order. There was no cushioning on the inside. All items were closely packed and stacked together. Unacceptable Service, provided a huge amount of money spent to get it to me in pristine condition. Would definitely NOT recommend their service. Several other counterpart services were used in the past and, I NEVER had a consignment that arrived physically damaged to me.

While I paid for priority shipping, the package sat for over a week to be cleared through import.

I used their services to order a mathmos lava lamp in Canada and although you have to expect it to get repackaged and pay about 150$ CAD in shipping, they are fast to proceed your item and ship it upon arrival at their warehouse and I received it in 3 days.
So far so good. Service has been great and delivery time has been exceptional. Definitely feel safe using this service.
Very helpful service, however response timing was quite long and in the middle hours of the night
I was unaware of many things, but thanks to customer service, I reached out to a person named Aimee, a good person with good behavior and quick response. He resolved all inquiries within a day. I am very happy

There are packages that we receive and mark as 'Repacking Required' either because we have identified the current packaging for the goods as poor and insufficient and feel the contents would be at risk of being damaged and to make sure the contents is more safely packed for international shipping or because we feel there would be a sufficient amount of excess space to save you by repacking. The repack advisory on a package is not mandatory, you do not have to proceed with the repack for your packages and you can accept the risk of shipping packages as received.
