I was so surprised when I received the shipment.

Initially, I was wondering about the high shipping cost but thought I was possibly underestimating the volume of the products to be shipped. This is due to forward2Me so far being very reliable and thoughtful in packing up parcels, which is the reason I didn't question it.

When I received the parcel, I was surprised, shocked and annoyed. The carton size was so big, my products didn't even fill up half of the cartons chosen. Additionally, the carton was filled up with those foam pallets, which are extremely bad for the environment.

Again, this is not a service I know from Forward2Me. The shipping cost would have most likely been half, if the person arranging the packing, would have done their job properly.

I don't like how forward2me starts emailing its customers threatening emails by the second day to hurry up and pay for a shipping service or your order will get cancelled. Not sure what that means….perhaps they'll keep my purchased goods? I think there's a name to that!

We are a legitimate parcel forwarding company and have no means for retaining any of our customers packages or goods.
The SHIPMENT AWAITING PAYMENT email is automatically generated. It is a reminder email to notify all customers that the deadline to complete payment for their shipping invoice is coming to an end.
There is a 24 hour expiration deadline on all shipping invoices processed from customer accounts. We only send the remainder email 1 hour before the shipping invoice is due to expire if payment has not yet been completed.

Too expensive

The courier service used is expensive and I did not have a choice but to add on re-packaging and consolidation for my one item a sleeveless top. Customer service said that it must be done else the freight will cost more. But I paid ~GBP43.30 - it is way too expensive versus other forwarding sites (that probably is able to pass though some of the synergies/ties-up with courier companies as cost savings to us)...I will not use this any more.

There are packages that we receive and mark as 'Repacking Required' either because we have identified the current packaging for the goods as poor and insufficient and feel the contents would be at risk of being damaged and to make sure the contents is more safely packed for international shipping or because we feel there would be a sufficient amount of excess space to save you by repacking. The repack advisory on a package is not mandatory, you do not have to proceed with the repack for your packages and you can accept the risk of shipping packages as received.
If you wish to dismiss a repacking advisory for a package, please contact our Customer Experience team for assistance.
Please note, by requesting dismissal of a repacking advisory for your package (s), you agree that forward2me would no longer accept liability for any damages caused to the goods once shipped.

The UK Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey is part of the Channel Islands. The shipping prices can be more expensive in comparison to shipping from the mainland UK warehouse and there is only DHL Express service currently available to customers who are using the Tax Free warehouse in Guernsey. I bought a product in UK that could not be delivered directly to Germany. So I was looking for a way to find someone to do this for me. I searched the internet and found this company. Forward2me gave me an address in the UK to wich I could have my order sent.
Then everything worked reliably.
Since I hadn't expected my delivery to take so long to Germany, I was of course a bit skeptical and kept in touch with Forward2me.
They were always friendly and answered promptly, day and night. I would like to give a speciel mention to Aimee, wo always answered my questions with patience, put me at ease and gave me hope. It took a really long time because Royal Mail was on strike, but finally my delivery arrived in Germany after 17 days in transit. I was very happy when the postman gave me the package.
I can highly recommend this company, it is not particularly cheap, but the only way for me to have goods delivered from UK to Germany.
All in all I am very satisfied, and I want to thank all the stuff once again for doing a good job.
If necessary, I will gladly use this company to order again.

I ordered from a Uk based stored to ship to France. Because a cyber incident at the Royal Mail, my package was delayed. Customer service were very helpful in providing information and my package was delivered just a few days later. Would definitely use again!

Somewhat happy

I definitely struggled a bit with the website and getting the invoice in (now know how to make an email into a pdf) so that's good! I definitely would recommend this site if you live outside of the UK. It definitely worked for me and the clothing came quickly from them once it was sent. They have good communication skills and are very helpful to getting you through the system. They are very reliable and for real so don't hesitate to use them. Good luck!

Excellent service

From start to finish my transactions were smooth ones. I did both the personal shopper service and having items delivered to my freight forward address, and both were quick, efficient and no problems. The price to ship to my country was not high as expected. I did business with another popular courier and Forward2me was way better than them, so sorry I did not stumble upon this company first.
Their site is easy to maneuver and they do their best to inform you of what is happening via email every step of the way.
I look forward to doing business again with them.

Great way to bridge overseas purchases. I kept missing the restocks for a pair of shoes I really wanted here in Australia. I looked in UK because they had much better options, but international shipping wasn't offered. I'm so glad I found forward2me because now I have a style that's not offered here that no one else is wearing. The customer service was great and super fast to help when I got stuck with placing my first order. I found the pricing very reasonable for the express overseas DHL. Already planning another order!

Good service, no good carrier

Carrier lost my parcel, supposedly delivered in a pickup store but i've went three days there and no luck finding it.
The UK tax free thing was a bit confusing so i didn't bother but i probably coud've dodged 35€ in taxes so there's that.

UK Tax free does not refer to any potential destination duties and taxes. All of the shipments that we dispatch from the Tax Free warehouse are under the delivery terms of (DAP) 'Delivered At Place' or (DDU) ‘Delivered Duties Unpaid’.
This means that any potential import duties and taxes owing upon entry into the destination country would be the responsibility of the receiver to pay.
