Great service

Bought an item on eBay and had it shipped to my forwarding address in uk. Uploaded a screenshot of the receipt and entered the tracking number when I received it. When it arrived I was notified and a short time later informed I could arrange onward shipping. Shipped to myself in China using the cheapest option and still arrived pretty quickly. Great service that I have used several times now

Simple and efficient

I had a great experience with the service. It is really easy to use, doesn't require you to pay a monthly subscription, their interface is simple and straightforward.

I also had to contact support to ask questions related to their inbound processes at the US warehouse and got a very detailed reply through WhatsApp (thank you Nica!)

It's an excellent service for people like me who from time to time need to buy something that's both not available in their region and not shipped outside the manufacturer's country.

I have used several different proxy and forwarding services to get items from Japan and I was a bit wary to use this new service, but I have to say Forward2Me came through when other services wouldn't handle my shipment!

I had to email with customer service quite a bit to make sure everything went smoothly due to the nature of my purchase, but I can at least say when there were some misunderstandings/issues; they were fair and I was satisfied with how they handled said issues.

From my experience, questions are answered fairly quickly and the customer service agents are both professional and helpful if you have any inquiries about something.

Overall, I feel as though Forward2Me went above and beyond to get my items to me, so if you want something that other services may not deal with or just want to give them a try as a forwarding service in general, I would definitely recommend giving them a shot!

Happy customer

I've used forward2me several times and have never had any issues. I've used the warehouse in UK, Germany and the US and am very happy with the service. Living in Europe, however, I do find that the shipping quote from the US tends to be quite high so I don't use that one as much. All in all, would recommend to anyone in need of a forwarding service.

Mixed feelings

It was really very complicated. I had to do a lot of things online. I needed help constantly. And then it was really very expensive. So I cannot quite recommend the service. But the people who work there are really very kind and helpful. Well, maybe it was just AI, you do not know these days, do you?

Received shies without the box

Warehouse keeps disposing essentials even when told to keep them.
Today I received shoes without their original box! Which was absurd

After customer service contacted me regarding this issue, i would change the review to be a 4 star,
Customer service taking these review under consideration and contacting customers to solve their concerns shows a great deal on how the company prioritize their customers.
Working with a company that cares for their customers is the most important as misunderstanding and issues happens all the time, the most important is how to react to it.

Joyce is my global shipping superhero

I've been shipping things from the UK to the US for many years using Forward2Me, as I have been building out an authentic British pub in my basement and needed a way to ship things from sellers and vendors that aren't accustomed or willing to ship internationally. A shipping charge initially advertised as £39 turned out to be over £50 with all the extra nickel-and-dime cost additions before checkout finally happened. For the volume the company ships, I know they're making an astronomical profit off of shipping charges that quite small companies charge about £10-£11 for. It's a racket, honestly.

I’d like to share some details about your shipment. It was shipped using FedEx Connect Plus, which is the most economical option we currently offer.

Your shipment weighs 2.38 kg and has dimensions of 30x15x20 cm. The shipping cost is generally determined by the volumetric weight, which considers the amount of space your shipment occupies rather than its actual weight. This method is standard across most couriers, including DHL and FedEx. However, when the actual weight exceeds the volumetric weight, the shipping price is based on the actual weight instead.

For your shipment, as it contains books, the cost of shipping was calculated using the actual weight of 2.38 kg.

We also noticed that you added the optional Combine and Repack for Safety and Delivery Confirmation Signature services.

We ensures your items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. This is particularly helpful for fragile or delicate contents. The Delivery signature, provides added security by requiring a signature upon delivery, ensuring your shipment reaches the intended recipient.
