Incorrect charges
July 16, 2019

I was charged incorrectly, I emailed FlyFar and never got a response, I called FlyFar to resolve the issue and I was put on hold multiple times for a long period of time. Still, the issue is not resolved. THE WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I accidentally booked my RoundTrip a week too soon at the same times. And when I called the number FlyFar.ca sent me with their confirmation e-mail, Egyptian Air was able to refund amount of the incorrect booking and book the correct RoundTrip a week later for almost same amount. Thank you for your excellent service.

I ordered air tickets in 4 hours before flight, however I forgot that tickets may be issued 24 h
Luckily I got my ticket half an hour later and could proceed check in directly after I saw email. Thank you for your fast service.

Hey, website runs very well and the booking it no too difficult, but the catch is you have to wait until the airlines accepts your booking for the deal price. I had to do it twice, 1st time airlines rejected. But the back end support and the patience that the customer care representatives have is amazing. They are quick in response and very informative. BUT when i tried calling from india the toll free number got connected to some different organisation. I urge to increase the toll free across the word or increase the number of counties.
Over all was great experience.

1- there is no final review of total cost BEFORE confirming the booking.
2- 10 min later... "TRIP CANCELL insurance -$80. Seem to unintentionally charged-A VERY aggressive agent in your office REFUSED TO CANCELL THAT INSURANCE AND THE CHARGE... it took firm demand to have it removed to get it done.
3- there is no way to add 'BLOBAL ENTRY #" on to the reservation!-this is very important for security passage at airport
4- couldn't get two (2) passengers on the reservation -I had to book my wife separately AT HIGHER PRICE.

Staff was amazing. They were very friendly. One day when weather was not good they called and text me to make sure not to come all the way. They followed up after that. Very friendly staff. The crew was amazing and i highly recommend this.

Seat charges

Soeb was very polite and helpful. He promised to return my seat charges on my booking LCR3FZ after I accidently pushed a wrong selection on my booking with Spirit Airlines. The booking form at the seat selection section was confusing at best. There were only two choices:
Select your seats or Airline will select your seats. I should not have chosen either selection to not be charged the $83.88. Since the airline always selects and assigns my seats and I don't choose them myself, I did not realize there was a seat charge for making that selection. I'm sure a lot of other passengers make the same mistake. Thanks in advance for refunding the charge. Also, when I completed the booking I did not see the total cost of my purchase on the computer screen or I would have gone back and corrected my incorrect selection. Thanks Again. I have used FlyFar before and will use them again in the future as long as I receive your continued good service. Yours truly, W. D.

Easy peasy.

Everything went smooth. Didn't need to talk to anyone at airport, did it all with phone and kiosk. Don't know what else to say. Would definitely use again. Don't fly often but this was super easy. Would gladly tell other people about FlyFar.com.

I booked a ticket with Flyfar because they had the best price for my flight. Using my name, as confirmed by the email confirmation from flyfar, they sent the wrong name to the airline and charged me for the flight. Had to spend a while on the phone straightening their mistake.

The trip cancellation protection fee shows as one price; however, that price is per person per day including each and every day that you are not even flying. Yet another scummy website charging you extra money for no legitimate reason.
