I was surprised how clear the layout was and easy it was to get through to the payment. However, the only complaint is the hidden seat fare. It was NOT obvious. It was asked as a preference and then the price was not listed, so I also got charged for a seat. Thankfully, they were wonderful on the phone, and got the charge rebuked without any fees or need to cancel the flight. I would say this was one of my best flight booking experiences, and if they take this advice about the hidden seat fee and make it straightforward, their amazing flight prices and layout could get them very popular on the internet!
The agents were professional and courteous. A problem cropped up that they worked directly with the airline to fix almost immediately.
First time using this site for booking and so far so good. You do have to pay attention to the seat selection & additional fees though. Much easier to select your seat through the actual airline.

I booked a flight to Paris today with the help of a customer service rep and can honestly say it was a completely delightful experience. I called the number noted on the Flyfar website because I was having trouble buying my tickets on line--the search kept reverting to 1 adult even though I kept changing the number of passengers to 4. I was lucky enough to get the best rep I have ever talked to in any industry. Varun was thorough, patient and so personable, by the end of our conversation I felt like he was a friend (almost)! He was so patient--waiting while I texted my friends to get their birthdays, explaining every option in detail--I felt a little guilty taking up so much of his time. And I ended up with a great deal! I would absolutely use this service again.

The prices were affordable compared to other airlines companies. Would love to see more affordable prices when the tickets are reserved months ago.
I was skeptical because I read the reviews before I booked, but everything was as advertised. I found the flight on skyscanner, which directed me to flyfar for the review. I did not like that the booking said "major airline" instead of a specific carrier, but within minutes of booking, I received a confirmation from Southwest, which was the airline advertised on skyscanner. I have no experience or comment on trying to change a flight or obtain a seat, but for my southwest flight, everything went great.
FlyFar made it easy and quick for me to find the best prices and book my flights. I received my confirmation immediately. There are many coverages offered at great prices as well.
Upon reviewing my statement i see that i would be charged $42 for the seat i requested. Never told this. Just thought it to be normal process when mkg a reservtn. I will not pay to have a certain seat on a plane. I did not like the misleading way this was done. Will not use you again if this how you operate your business & i will tell others how you did it. Old saying... bad news travels faster than good news on a business. Hope to see this resolved & not be charged.
If however i do get charged i will dispute with my cc co. If this doesnt resolve i promise i will spread the bad news about how i was mislead all over social media.

The price for additional charges is misrepresented. I was not able to see the itemized charges until I clicked "complete booking now" I called the 1800 number right away to cancel the additional charges because my fare increased a lot and I was told that I can't cancel that charge and I can only get 50% discount off the cancellation trip insurance. I travel a lot myself and buy tickets for my family. I am always very careful on additional charges, but this time I made a big mistake.
The agent I spoke to was very helpful and efficient. He emailed me the information I needed immediately. He even called me to verify that I got the email. Thank you very much.

DO NOT book through FlyFar. They are the worst flight booking company I have ever dealt with. It is clear they are only out to deceive people and steal money through hidden fees. When you call them to cancel a flight you JUST booked 5 minutes prior, they will promptly charge you $50 to cancel, even if the flight company offers free cancellation. I didn't even realize I was finalizing my booking because there was no itemized billing- I thought it was going to be a a $98 flight, but it was $178. They charged $48 for a "seat selection" even though all I did was request a window seat, not a specific seat. After complaining enough I was able to get the cancellation fee down to $30. He then asked me if I wanted help booking another flight- yeah right.
