When I was booking online came with wrong with the system, I couldnt finished my booking online and the money wasnt in my account, at same time I called the customer service, they finished the booking on the phone, as soon I received the ticket, I realised that my name was wrong, Amdressa instead Andressa. So I contacted again the customer service and they told me to send my passport and then they will change. I already talked with Emirates airlines and they told me that for the travel agent contact directly them for change the name without any cost or cancellation of the flight. Now the flyfar told me that is them policies to not change the names (even when was their mistakes), I payed $2484 and they will refund me with $79 and Ill have to buy other ticket. This is fair?

The fee is ridiculous. Charged per person per day!.? Thought it would be 10.99 and was 154.94 plus $30 additional fee. Called to question the charge and was told that it was all perfectly clear in the box where I made the selection. Obviously, it was not! Want that fee back. Won't use FlyFar again. Feel ripped off.

The site was very easy to use and price was great. I planned the trip to fo by myself and then my grandson decided he wanted to go after I had booked my flight. So I had to find the same flight as me and I found it on your site with a great price which eased my mind knowing that we could fly together.

Asked them to cancel the seat selection and they said they can't even tho I didn't know I would be charged for it so now I am going to have to dispute with my credit card and the worst part is I called them right away after I booked the flight like seriously 5 mins after!

My experience is a little skewed because of not having flown in many years, but your agent (Jasmine) was rather helpful throughout the process of reservation confirmation. There was some confusion on my part in making selections that resulted in charges that I was unaware of. Jasmine helped me get through them and corrected the error. She was difficult to understand at times when communicating with me but I appreciated her patience as I asked questions. Overall, a good experience!

I consider myself an experienced online ticket buyer, however I never experienced such a shock when my flight ticket price went from 1570 CAD to 3400 CAD at the end of transaction! I didnot notice any warning besides the usual $70 seat selection charge. A second later I was looking at the processed transaction confirmation with the $3500 on it.
The most "amazing " thing was that at the beging your website mentioned that the price was fixed, (that usually means that it would not change).
The customer rep on the phone was very nice and did not mind to return the money back with exception of cancellation fee. While he was processing my request and explaned that the price and availability change at all times or I must have picked a business class ticket for my 1h connection flight, I ran the ticket search again and the website showed me the same low price!
I am sure that you will give me a perfect reason for what have happen, but I'll try to never use your company again, because I am not convinced that this did not happen to other customers and you are not making money by making people buy and than cancel their tickets...
I think that the Kayak and the LOT Airline should be informed of this case.

I booked 2 tickets through this site, and when I called to cancel them, they didn't want to make any effort to help me to get a refund. I was really sad. I had to call and e-mail the airlines myself and figure out how to cancel and get some refund. Really unfortunate, I expected a better customer service.
I made an error in booking my flight and called to see if additional charges could be refunded. The woman who helped me said she would try and after a couple minutes, the charges were taken off. Very nice!
Although this is my first time flying internationally, I had no issues getting all of my flight documents or seat selections. This site made it quick and painless to get my trip planned.
Felt tricked into paying for seat selection. The page where I did it said it didn't cost anything. Next page said you won't be assured of any seat. Page of cost totaled added $35 for seat selection. Scam, scam, scam.

I accidentally chose seats which ended on a charge of over 100 dollars extra for the flights. I was annoyed by this but it was my mistake. I called to fix this thinking I would spend a long time on the phone explaining this. To my surprise, the gentleman I spoke to was super nice and fixed the issue very quickly!
