Unfortunately, my experience with FlyFar so far is no better than most of what the other reviewers have written. It has been horrible. Do not use this company if you can avoid it, but if you do, beware when you book your flight. Unlike reputable websites, there is no page that shows you the total you will be charged between when you are making selections (baggage, cancellation protection, etc.) and when you are charged. Their website showed cancellation protection at a seemingly too good to be true price - and that's exactly what it was. What I thought would cost $8.52 ended up costing $146 because the notice "per person per day" was located a little further down the page in a way that, while not "fine print" per se, did not make that obvious unless you read closely. Of course this would have been avoided entirely if there had been a final accounting of all costs that I could have seen before booking. In addition to that, the customer service has been horrible. I called multiple times to ask about this issue. In all instances I was put on hold, and then after finally speaking to someone, was told that someone else would call back to address my issues. I never received calls back, and had to take the initiative on my own. (If you aren't going to actually have people call back, don't tell me you will.) I was finally told why the price was $146 (that's when someone explained the "per person per day" element). Why couldn't they have just said that at the start and saved me hours on the phone? All told, I will never do business with these people again as it is clear from their business practices that they are just trying to take advantage of people.
If I could give zero stars I would. There was a changed circumstance and my boyfriend was willing to pay the difference to change a name on a flight ticket and was declined. So now he is going on a trip ALONE with two seats because fly far refused to change the name on the other purchased ticket. No refund was requested, he just wanted to change the name. No money lost for fly far regardless and zero effort in making a customer happy. All they care about is a quick dollar and could care less about their customers. I will never recommend them to anyone.
Beware of Flyfar travel insurance. It is advertised as costing $10, but when I looked at my receipt, it turned out I was billed $143. Turns out it is $10/day. I called the company to cancel it, but was told I could only do that within the first 24 hours, before I was even aware of the charge. This is deliberate, false advertising that should not be allowed.

Worst customer service ever! Gentleman's name was Matt, he was not nice or helpful in anyway. I booked a trip for our daughters spring break with another group who booked the same flight leaving on March 22 and returning April 01,2019. The departures flight on my phone said March 22,2019 when I booked it however when I opened my itenerary the flight in my email it said leaving on February 22,2019 return flight was correct. I tried to call flyfar customer service and it was a complete nightmare. The man was so rude and condescending; then told me that it was going to be another $800 on top of what I spent. I then said just to cancel my flight and refund our money? He said nope no refund! I then ask if I could speak to a manager? Nope he's the only one there, he could however offer me a call back in 48 hours! Are you kidding me! I then called Allegiant Airline directly, she was so kind so so helpful made everything right thank goodness! I will only book directly from now on she said, we are not affiliated with these third party companies and they give us a bad name. Please DO NOT book with Flyfar they are a horrible scam and if something happens they will not help and the customer service is absolutely hands down horrible. If I owned this company I would fire Matt, he had no business being in customer service, period!

I made an error with my booking so I called Fly Far straight away and they resolved my issue quickly and made it a very easy and pleasant transaction for myself.
Booked a flight for a friend as a surprise and didn't realise that the transaction didn't go through until WAY later. Called FlyFar in a panic and was placed helped by agent SAM (x2645) who was kind enough to readjust stuff so that my friend would fly from a closer airport and get a direct flight instead of the original one-stop layover trip.
I am soooo thankful for his patience and suggestions.

The Allegiant flight was on time and the seats were comfortable. The Delta flight was early, which was good and the seats were very uncomfortable! Thankful it was a short flight.

The best price on non-stop round trip to Paris. $188 less than others sites. The webpage was clear and simple. Except it said that I might have to wait 3 minutes for the booking process. I waited10 minutes then called FlyFar and the representative was polite and efficient and confirmed that it had booked even though the screen said "wait". He asked me to check my email to see the confirmation which had been there 10 minutes ago. A glitch that needs to be fixed. The representative answered immediately, no waiting, and solved everything. The receipt showed payment not by my Visa card but a MasterCard. I called back and the rep said it was their method of security. Also to reserve seat choice is $35. Food is $45. With seat choice I still saved $188. I recommend FlyFar!
The book was fast and easy! The price was fantastic. But what i loved the most was that they only changed you 11 dollars which was a great price compared to paying 30 dollars at airline.
