Accidentally chose to sit next to my travel partner and didnt realize there was a large hidden fee associated with this choice until after I booked the flight. After I called the agent said that I couldn't change this option and get a refund for the extra fee. Instead I was threatened with a cancellation fee if I wanted to cancel the flight and rebook without the added fees. Would gladly update this review if an agent was able to help remove this hidden fee and travel option.

Got a great deal for the flight booking with better fare. Thanks for the effort. And recommend who looks for cheap flights and great service.

SCAM_ When I called to get a refund on 113.73 USD added to my account AFTER check out, the person on the phone told me, Did you notice that on your layover you land in one airport and depart from another and that you won't have time to travel in between those airports? I said OBVIOUSLY i did not add a layover that includes changing airports when traveling with 2 small kids, why would your site come up with this itinerary? The answer you as a customer have to review all the details - How? How am I suppose to GUESS that the stock in UK includes not a place change but an Airport Change? And the Trip Cancellation Protection - added after check out? I'm calling the bank to issue me a refund and also leave a complaint with better business Bureau. SCAM and RUDE customer service!

Sometime best things come quiet late and i was tired of searching for best price, FlyFar pop up from the add and i didn't missed to click and the result i got the unbelievable price. Yeah i agree on the charges for seat selection may not be suitable however the option remains on passengers hand to choose or not. Rest about the service you guy's are superb. I would recommend this site for the price you will never find in any other sites.

First time using this site. Didn't want all the add on's and just deleted them. Only thing that came up additional was $26 for seat selection and in the fine print, seat selection was not guaranteed. What! But the price that was shown to me actually was the price with seat selection. Hope I am in the seats selected. Lower price than airline and other sites, with seat selection. Now, just hoping I can take one carry on with no additional charge!

I don't know why FlarFar would request reviews when it seems obvious that every single person who uses it is disappointed if not enraged by the nonrefundable fees that appear AFTER you've booked your ticket. Travel insurance, which I sometimes purchase if it's a reasonable price, is listed as $3 when in fact that's meant to be per day per passenger, a sum which doesn't appear until after you purchase. When you select seats, some selections appear to have addition fees, and some do not-- but you learn afterwards that ALL seats have fees attached to them. I called to complain and they refunded the seat (not the exorbitant sum I knowingly paid for insurance), but I would never in a million years book using this again. I book on budget airlines/travel services all the time, and none are as much of a scam as flyfar.

When I purchased their ticket, I bought the "Flexible policy", which they say "Each traveller is allowed 1 free change". And when I need to change the ticket, they say that they just free the "changing fee" - and I have to pay for the whole new ticket to the date I want to change. They are the scam company.

Wish I had read this reviews before using the site to purchase tickets. They charge extra for seat selection, more than the airline, and tons of hidden fees. As a previous review mentioned there was no summary of charges and I had no idea that what my costs actually were! Called immediately after and was told they could not help with anything. Tried emailing and got no response. DO NOT USE THIS SITE! Their prices aren't even cheaper than the airlines!
