I have ordered 3 times from Floryday and each order came in a decent amount of time. The clothes I received were exactly as shown in the pictures. The clothes fit perfect. Will continue to order from them.
Requested a return label numerous times... no return label as yet! Promises to send it within 24 hours of "ticket" being issued.
Warning if you order from Floryday and want to return items. (1) There is NO paper work inside your package for returning any items.(2) When you try to get information on your computer there is no place to even put your account number. THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY and YOU HAVE very poor product..
I should have been aware that you don't get quality cheaply but I was not prepared for the synthetic, printed fabrics, complete lack of style- clothing completely at odds with the photos. Never again! I rarely buy on line but some of the garments looked lovely, but just didn't fulfil the expectations.
I ordered three blouses for my wife but only received two of the blouses. I was charged for all three. When trying to contact Floryday I found it too confusing. I do not recommend buy from this company.

It should not take over 30 days to receive product. Especially if the promised date of delivery is December 23. I ordered three items on December 3, in hopes of receiving them by Dec. 23. I emailed customer service and I get a general reply indicating that they are still putting the order together, what? How many days does it take to put an order together. If you do not have the product then it should indicate 'out of stock". Here it is Decemberr16 And still no product.
I would not recommend this company unless you can wait over a month for your clothes. Don't waste your money!
I recieved an email from floryday saying payment was needed to complete my order when in fact. The amount owed had been debited from my banking account. Once i sent an email pointing this out, the 24 hour response was my order was being completed and would be shipped in january. I then sent an email requesting an explanation for how they took funds from my account and then emailed me that the order was not paid for? Awaiting that explanation..
Never buy from this company, you will receive a completely different product, and you will never be able to return it.
A total scam
I purchased what I thought was a lovely dress for £14.01 in total, including postage and packaging. When it arrived the advertised dress was total different, the measurements completely different and the hem was not level. I had a real battle getting my money back and managed in the end to get just over £11 back but this was after numerous e-mails going backwards and forwards. Now I know that this company is based in Hong Kong but they have an office in London and a distribution centre in Birmingham and Manchester so sure must have to abide by English law but I think this company needs to be investigated at a high level. I have complained to Facebook who do a lot of advertising for this company but have heard absolutely nothing, Trading Standards have been in touch and are investigating and I have sent the information to Watch Dog and Rip off Britain.
Please don't put any purchases down to experience but take photos and measure the item. They are breaking the law if the advertised item is not the same as the one purchased. Let the people of Britain not condone rip of companies but complaining and and get them investigated.
My wife bought one dress earlier this year, pleased with the item for the price, Ordered 3 more on 20th October, despite contacting them, still no response and no goods up to 21st November 2020.
What do we do now?
This company send fake clothing not like cloths in their photos, My order came to £21.04 after sending it back for a refund they refunded me £11.81 so they made £10.81 good business if you can do it total ripoff
I have received clothes that are badly made and in a material that is not tenable. When I try to log into my account to return, I am told that it doesn't exist! There is no delivery note and I did not get an order number or confirmation email.
They have had my paid order for over a month and still no communication about when it will be shipped. Their web site does not make it easy to cancel an order and is not user friendly. I have sent several emails trying to cancel my order and still no reply.
Interesting scam going on here.
I ordered a garment that cost £11.69 but, with shipping and insurance, actually cost me £19.47.
The garment was nothing like the description and I asked to return it. The company sent me all the details, prepaid postage ticket and clear instructions.
So far so good.
However, they then deducted the return shipping costs from my refund.
In total, they refunded me £8.69 of my original payment of £19.47. That is some hefty shipping costs I was responsible for - for a rubbish, bad quality product.
Looks to me like they send out rubbish products but make their money by charging £10.78 for postage.
Other companies I have ordered from (e.g. H&M) will carry the cost of transport themselves - I will shop there in future.
Am I going to bother to fight them about this? No - but I would like to warn other people not to fall for it.
You can't return belts or jewelry. You won't know this until you get the belt and it doesn't fit. Chat is for orders only. I'm trying to cancel second order ************** which "Your item is not shipped yet." But can't cancel and I placed it October 14 2020. PLEASE LET ME CANCEL MY ORDER.
Quality of product is very good - BUT one item is too small - tried using their return guidelines and they are saying I have no order to return - funny - they confirmed order - charged me for it - and sent it to me - yet I have no order to process a return for? Tried 3 times -of course, now the 14 days is over -- VERY DISAPPOINTED because I would have been ordering additional items - now FORGET IT!
Purchased 2 swimsuits. Both have plastic liners in check but can't return them as they done receive returns on swimwear. Maybe state this in the description won't shop again now I'm down all this money
I bought several dresses
Returned 4 of, them. I bought them from my us direct express card. Told them they cannot add money to the card. Asked them to issue my refund $135 by check. Now 6 weeks and they have refused to refund my money. *******755
Received items late. Shirt missing. Some clothes and shoes not as described or fit oddly. Jewelry is very childlike. Put in several requests for returns, but site keeps kicking it off, phone number doesn't work, and not responding to "email" attempts. Doesn't seem like they do trustworthy business.
I bought items on floryday.com. Items was not as seen and described. All the items were defective and for a refund you get half of your money back as if to say ' if they return them we are still paid, and after you make complaints on their site they just delete your order. Worst clothing company.
