Ordered shirts and immediately decided to cancel the order the same day. I went through their process explaining why I needed to cancel. Never heard back. Clothes arrived weeks later. Rude business practices.

Floryday is a scam

Do not buy from this company. This company is in China, and the clothes that they display on their website are misleading. The clothing products are not the same as the photos. The items are poorly made and cheap. The people writing these four and five star reviews need to be shame of themselves because this company is misleading.

Product looks nothing like photos.
Sizing is awful - items very, very poor quality.
Returns process is deliberately set up to prevent returns
Return address has not postcode.
Fake reviews and then spend their times getting negative reviews removed without solving problems.
Refunds take 60 days and then are not paid in full.
£32 out of pocket so far.
Facebook reviews from fake accounts - the issues and lies go on...

Their clothing (dresses) looked vibrant with color on the website and had good prices which suited my needs at the time. I ordered several of these dresses and a necklace. Ordered on 9/10, arrived on 9/28. They were super sheer, cheap looking and looked like frocks. I will have to wear a full slip underneath and even get them taken in if I don't donate them. The left two are what I receoved, the right two are the website's. Notice that the DESIGN IS NOT THE SAME! I paid $20.99 for shipping and $. 99 for "insurance". The shipping took my package first to York, PA, then to New Hampshire, then to New Jersey, then back to PA. VERY DISAPPOINTED with these products and based on some of these reviews on returning stuff, I am not going to put myself through that aggravation. I would say STEER CLEAR of this company. Lesson learned!

I usually never write a review but please listen to my words. Stay far away from this company. I have lost all my money and I have returned the items by their own a return label and their shipment agent. They never return your call. They claim that they never received the item back but I have tracked it through their own shopping agent. There phone number is a scam... if you dont believe me try to enter *******4598. Everything is wrong with them. So I dont get a nervous breakdown... I am going to close this case and loose my money. It's not worth my aggravation. Stay far far away... please. They deserve minus start rating.

Bought 2 jumpers from this company and the courier that they used to deliver my parcel left my parcel in an unsafe place resulting in my parcel being taken. I contacted them about it but they asked me to contact the courier directly which I have tried to do on several occassions but they are not responding. Florydays have done nothing to help and the aftercare is non existant! Please think twice before purchasing from this company as happy to take your money but not so happy to provide after customer care.

Dreadful Service

If it fits everything is fine but do not try to return anything. Returning goods is tantamount to fraud. They do not want you to return goods and unlike any other online service the service is over complicated. Three options available and asking for a full refund is a waste of time. If a customer pays the return postage a full refund is not available and a lame. Excuse is given by way of explanation. I think Floryday needs to have a system review in order to make customers feel valued.

Cheap, but helpful

Cheap, but so is the quality. Poor fit and far from cotton. The harem pants was not even possible to walk in. The one size coat did not look like the photo.
Update: They quickly contacted me and was very helpful with a refund

My biggest mistake ever was to shop from Floryday. I wish I had spent 5 minutes and read the reviews- I have spent almost 2 months trying to return the complete order consisting of products of such sub standard that putting them in the garbage would be an insult to our garbage can. Seriously, the products look nice online, but the company use great looking photos and send you something else. When I tried to send back the order in complete- I kept getting bogus return slips without barcodes so there would be no way for me to prove I have returned the goods. I have spent weeks asking for info, sending them photos of me leaving the goods at the Swedish PostNord office, and doing everything I can so they will cancel the bill with Klarna and we can just put this behind us. But I keep getting auto answers that confirm nothing. So my experience is a warning to everyone thinking Floryday follows ANY type of consumer laws. They do not. So just save yourself the angst of this and do not buy anything from this website. It is a waste of time and very draining to deal with the aftermath, Of course, ARN, the Swedish Consumer Board have been notified and Floryday will be put on their black list so other will not make my mistake.

CROOKS

This company are real crooks. They say you can return goods but have to contact them first. I have tried 4 times to email them and again to contact them by phone. The phone says there is no one available please leave a message after the tone. They say that if you email them they will reply within 24hours. I am landed with clothes that I do not want and no refund. Please be very aware that this firm, if it exists as a firm, is an absolute scam. Do not trust them an inch. If I could have given negative stars I would have done so.

I would not recommend this company. They strive not to refund. I decided to cancel my order just after I placed it, so they would not yet have charged my card (perfectly within my rights to do). I started the online process, and "customer service" got back to me to ask if I am sure I want to cancel. I replied that I definitely did want to cancel. The next email said they had shipped my order. That is not the right way to behave. They refuse to acknowledge that they did this knowingly. I am considering cancelling the payment. From other reviews below, I think it will be very hard otherwise, to get a refund, when I try to return the items. Be very careful. This is not the way to do business.

Buyer beware. My personal experience was horrible. I returned my items with Floryday's return label. They said they would refund my money less $7.99 for the prepaid label. The "customer service" person said they are slow to return money because it is the busy season. August? Really? In any case, that's no excuse for any online retailer. I just lost $50.

The clothes are very cheap quality and poorly designed. They online photos misrepresent the actual product. The material on the dresses I ordered was a thick, shiny polyester. Something like you'd see on very cheap old lady pajamas.

Since I already returned the items I can't take a photo of the actual dresses. However, I'm attaching the pictures from the website. What I received looks nothing like what they show in the picture.

They also deleted my (negative) reviews of the dresses. I see they only have positive reviews.

I received my order and I was not happy with it. I tried to follow online directions and it just keeps telling me I do not have an order even though I am providing the order number. The website sends you around and around. Does not let me contact by email and provides no phone number. I have been trying to this for 2 hours and am no closer to a resolution. I will not order from this company again and will probably not get my refund.

EDIT: Floryday have now refunded my money with no expectation of returning the item. They have asked me to remove the review in return. The size, quality and data gathering still stands. Customer service has earnt them an extra star.

Ordered Harem Pants (baggy hippy trousers) in a 3XL, as I'm a size 18 (waist 38.5", hips 50", thigh 30")
They arrived measuring 28" waist without stretching, and fully stretched achieved 44".
They are made of non stretchy Nylon (I presume as there's no label) with a thigh space of 24", there was no way they were going up, and I can't imagine them being comfortable or looking nice if they did!

They really looked like they'd be stretchy cotton style from the photo (stolen and used around the internet)

I requested a refund 10 minutes after my order, and it still arrived a week later. So shipping-wise, great service - compliments to Royal Mail!

Also I have just tried to sign in to their site with an incorrect email and it sneakily makes you a new account this capturing another new email address! Great, more spam:(
Correct email address wouldn't let me in, change password consistently failed. This is a joke surely!

Waited over a month, nothing arrived, no update in shipping details for over 3 weeks. Told me to chase courier even though not specified and past experience is they will only speak to sender. They suggested I reordered and they would credit my account. I refused this as have no intention of waiting months or using this company again. Eventually and reluctantly they agreed to refund waited ages, claiming it can take 28 days to get a refund. They took the money instantly, no goods arrived, took weeks to agree a refund then refunded only after writing a poor review on this site.

After spending £96 I could ill afford as a single parent - the goods arrived and were of extremely poor quality and did not resemble florydays description. The returns policy is almost impossible - I'm sure this is deliberately made so by the company so that they can keep your money. Despite going through the rigmarole of their returns policy to the letter I have still not received a refund or a reply to my numerous emails to them and have not received a refund. DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY - YOU WILL RECEIVE SHODDY GOODS AND LOSE YOUR MONEY

Refused to cancel the order
September 30, 2020

The order was supposed to arrive by 9 days latest, it did not. Weeks later I finally cancelled the order. They sent a stalling email "are you sure you want to cancel?". I immediately replied YES CANCEL IT. The next day they ship it to me! I am speechless with rage! I strongly advise you not to shop here.
