One month after ordering a top 37 dollars they wouldn't give me my money back but would be glad to give me a coupon for my next order how can a business do that of course I said no I will never order from them again as a matter of fact I will never order from a cheap site again with out first seeing if it's legit Google knows everything
The site is very bad discounts are not valid, I was charged the full price for my purchases, although they should deduct the discount from the total amount. I don't want to buy anything on this site...
A discount visually attracts its consumer. And already for a year, I have been a regular customer of Floryday who is completely satisfied with the service methods and the goods that I bought.
In July 2021 I order two dresses and never got them. They took the money out my account. They claim they had the wrong address and the dresses werer returned. But I never got my money back. Then they removed my account. But I made copies. All this time. I still have the order number. I reached out to them twice last year. The keep sendind new clothes items. I am trying to get a refund for the poor quality jackets I ordered. They offered me a 70% discount instead. First, it took forever for the product to arrive. Second, the color jacket I ordered was like a royal blue. When I received it, it was a baby blue. Fabric is made of a different material. POOR POOR POOR! Please rreturn my money.

They have lovely pictures of their clothes on the website but in reality they are made using very cheap materials. When you try to return they want to offer you coupons rather than give you your money back and then if you don't accept they take off postage costs so you end up losing approx £15 off your refund.
Han a bad experience in terms of the purchaisment but the refund was quick and efficient. Everyone could have a right for a mistake so i decided not to rate em bedly
I ordered a bra, size 44D. What I received was not what I ordered. It was approximately a 34A and the tag was a large. Received a 5% refund. Don't waste your money

I did get an offer of a full refund and to keep the goods too but my conscience wouldn't allow it, I simply wanted the goods so very happy they arrived.
I'm sorry to write again, but I'm so upset with my recent chats with this company (no phone number). I wish I had read the other reviews before I ordered from them. My last response from their chat customer service was, "we respect your opinion". Not a good enough response.
What you get is not what you see. Don't be fooled by beautiful looking garments on models in pictures. In reality what you get looks very different. The dress I ordered looks stunning & sexy in the pic but looks like my granny's curtains in reality. Poor quality. No shape. Different looking fabric & colours than what is portrayed in pics. This was my first time ordering Chinese clothing online & it will definitely be my last time. What a waste of money! If I could give what I got zero stars I would.
I orderd a dress size 16 fallowing the company chart, insted I got like size 20 and it looks nothing like the picture
Recieved my clothes and returned due to poor quality and looking nothing like the pictures. Still waiting for refund 4 weeks later They say due to "system maintenance " their refund system is down! They offer alternatives but I would not buy again. What a con. Avoid at all costs!
I had to return every item I purchase due to poor quality and inaccurate and differing sizing. I immediately on receipt returned these item and I have now been waiting over 10 days for a refund. They keep blaming site maintainance as the problem. This is not my problem TBH and I am so disgusted with the delay in issuing my refund. The refund policy detailed on their website doe not reflect their actual return process. Floryday actually deduct postage and processing costs from every individual item, therefore reducing the actual amount they refund. My advice is not to be fooled by the pricing of the items on the website, the quality is shabby and the sizing is actually pretty awful. So given my experience is to AVOID AVOID Forlyday!
Stuck In Floryday Hell. I cannot believe that 6 months after they completely screwed up an order I am still being inundated with Marketing emails by this absolute joke of a company. It seems I just have to accept that they won't / can't remove me from any marketing lists... no explanation why, no explanation of what they are doing about it, no explanation of when this will be fixed... just an assurance that they will continue to harass me for as long as they want to. Surely there are laws about this? Be warned, it appears this relationship is for life, whether you want it or not. ABSOLUTELY AMATEURISH JOKE OF A COMPANY. UPDATE: I am now receiving survey requests via surveymonkey.com and it seems they are in breach of the surveymonkey.com guidelines as there is no way to unsubscribe and no email address for communication. So, duly reported at my end and we'll see what happens. Also now receiving communications from Floryday telling me their managers are too busy to liaise with me regarding my complaint!
