The clothing looks nothing like the pictures. Everything was cheaply made and very dull. Although Floryday guaranteed an easy return, I am still waiting for my almost $200 refund. I completed the online return in the website and included the return slip in the box. I also shipped it out US Mail and received a receipt. I haven't received a message back about my return and when I go to my login page in my Floryday account, there is no record of me ever making a return! I returned the package over a month ago. Where's my refund Floryday? I want to pursue this with the Better Business Bureau because I have been cheated out of my hard earned money. Do not buy from this company!
I bought 3 items, all marked as 'linen, cotton': a shirt, a skirt and a pair of pants. The skirt was made of a flimsy transparent 'cotton and polyester' blend, and needs 'dry cleaning only'? The shirt looks nothing like the photo, is again made of some cheap synthetic. The pants are NOT linen, but some cheap sack that's rough and abrasive, and look like armor. So, save your money and avoid this website. No wonder you cannot put a review on their website, because it's a scam!
Ordered 5 tops on March 11 and still haven't received them. Got one email with " tracking link" and contact link but if you hit either it says bad request, insecure site.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I SENT BACK 4 BLOUSES THAT DID NOT FIT WHICH COST $70.94, THEY RECEIVED THE BLOUSES BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY REFUND. THERE IS NO WAY TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEM AND IT JUST KEEPS TAKING YOU BACK TO THE SAME PLACE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT BUY FROM THEM. I purchased some clothes 20 days ago and I paid the Expedited Shipping. I haven't here anything from them. I try to used the link to contact them and it doesn't work. I think they literally stole my money. I don't recommend anyone to use this website
The picture for blouse did not show style. I have returned it and after four attempts have not received my refund. I will never purchase from this company ever again!
Ordered clothes from Floryday, been trying to return for two days, no response from emails ( 3 sent), been trying to own load returns label for 48 hours... still not downloading!
How am I suppose to return my items within 7 days if I have already spent two days trying to get hold of the company.
I even tried the CHAT icon, only to be told... we don't deal with returns and cut me of... so annoying.
Please, please can anyone help me... the service so far is horrendous!

HEIN, YOU TRICK ALL THE PEOPLE LIKE THIS, when I pushed on the icon free return it took several minutes to show up 504 Gateway time-out and nothing is possible for you to access on return. SAME AS IF YOU PUSH THE CONTACT. I will see, I will email them with this email *******@floryday.com to see how long, if they will respond at all.
I will report this company if I do not get my refund
Utter shambles. No quibble return actually means they keep the VAT from the refund. 20% of sales value kept by them for something that is back on their shelves. Contacted BBC Watchdog and HMRC to take their view and open a case. DO NOT BUY from here under any circumstances.
I returned most of the stuff reciced within 24 hrs and no refund after 6 weeks. Sent multiple emails but no respond. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
It isn't worth your aggravation. Ordered dresses and they never arrived. After 2 weeks of waiting and having to reach I was informed one dress was out of stock, received a refund, but the other items never showed up. The tracking info still shows the remaining items at the facility, saying the order is complete. Ended up having to request a full refund & will never order from them again. If you don't have what customers need then you need to close your business.
I would not even give one star but there is no way...
I have payed 57,70€ and got a refund over 45,47€. Do not know what happend to the 12€ they took for themselves. Used free shipping retour but still got not full refund.
I ordered some time ago and also had a retour for one of these items. There they keep my rabatt without telling before. I just got less money than payed.
Shipping time is awful! Waited over a month for the articles.
And I even can not say bad quality because there is no quality. The clothes are just trash. Tagged with cotton but just cheap polyester.
I suppose they are breaking a lot of laws for online shops...

Terrible company, I ordered 4 items, the quality and cut were appalling, such poor quality. I spent £56.24 on this order which took 2 months to be delivered. When I applied for their 'hassle free return', they refunded me £39.59. They charged me for the return delivery as well as the original shipping fee, this was their reply:
We are sorry to know that you are doubt about the refund amount. I can understand your concern. Please note that if you have used any coupon in your order. The coupon value cannot refund. Thank you for your understanding.
For the shipping fee, according to our policy, we hope you could understand that the return postage and the original shipping fee will be at your expense. The shipping fee is paid to the delivery company to arrange the shipment for you. We do not earn anything from that. Here is the statement ""Cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any fees not paid to our company. This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process"".
Reminder: If you have used the label we provided to return the order, the return cost deducted from your refund. It may cause your problem about the refund amount.
Stay clear!
If you plan to spend money in this shop better think twice. Once you buyed an item and you want to return it is NO WAY
I hate people who rip people off literally hate that's such a company like this exist how dare you people rip people of! F that pretty mink/ faux coat with the hood that they're advertising looks like a stuffed fake bear coating. It's sheds by just blowing on it and let alone pulling the hair out with your fingers shed city if I had a giant size teddy bear that was about 5'9 in height wide and playful looking and I took all his stuffing out and tried to make a coat out of it, I'm talking about a big hairy Bigfoot Sasquatch looking faux coat it looked horrible something that you would get for your Barbie if it was made out of a coat and put it on her that's cute for a little doll like that with a hood on it but for a person? How dare you people send me a toy like that it was the most hideous piece of clothing I've ever come across!
I wish I had found this website before purchasing from this "company". My experience is that it's a complete scam. My purchase came to over $130.00 and I had to pay another almost $40.00 in shipping. These garments were absolutely awful. The dresses and shirts were nothing like what was depicted on their website. I would describe the material as shower curtain fabric; really bad knock-offs. I returned what I was allowed to, minus the bathing suits, for a refund that was never credited. Never once did I complain to them; I just sent the returns thinking they were a legitimate company. THE PAGE CONTAINING THE ITEMS I HAD RETURNED WAS DELETED FROM MY ACCOUNT TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE I NEVER RETURNED THEM. The "Chat Now" feature is turned off and I have been taken off the mailing list. This company stole over $170.00 from me! It's a complete scam. These people are THIEVES. BEWARE!
The items I've received from floryday are hit or miss. I keep the hits and donate the other items to a local women's shelter because it's impossible to return them especially without a return label.
I ordered 2 dresses that didn't fit. I went on to get return authorization. I provided order number and their site says "You didn't order anything." I tried to track and get the DHL delivery and of course, "no tracking info available." I want to return these poor quality, poor fitting dresses and I want a full refund.
During these unfortunate times mandated by Covid 19 policies, online buying should be made much easier.
