It's been more than one month I send them a request to refund back my money cause the Royal air Marooc airline canceled my ticket the one I booked onling from flight network site, I call the call center he can't understand me and he hung up the phone it's rude really, why there's no responsibility attention for the customer's I will never book again from this site

This company is SCAMMING people! My ticket was multi city so I had to book 3 different a segments. When I booked the first 2, then there was a problem with the 3rd segment, which forced me to cancel the first ticket I had bought for $825.
The website listed 24 hour cancelation by phone. I spent 2 hours and 20 minutes on the phone, until someone finally helped me and said I would get a FULL refund. Then I got an email saying I would get $57 less than I paid.
I called back and the agent said that even if you cancel within 24 hours, there is a $57 fee and is listed under Terms and Conditions. I reminded her that pretty much no one reads that and they should clearly list that the 24 hour cancelation has a $57 fee, which is UNHEARD of in the industry.
I travel often and when you cancel within 24 hours you get a FULL refund and exactly what you paid. What a SCAM, beware!
Spent about 2k on a plane ticket from Korea to Toronto last year for my sister. Had to cancel due to covid restrictions, which they said no problem: they would convert it to an open ticket and we could call to rebook. They gave us the run around and hung up on us for over a week of calling, before finally telling us that that particular flight path didn't exist anymore, so we couldn't use the ticket. So now we have an "open ticket" worth 2k that they won't let us utilize. Asked to talk to a supervisor after a week of being hung up, and was told rudely that a supervisor wasn't interested in speaking to us and would tell us nothing differently. Still politely insisted, and was told someone would call us within 24 hours and rudely hung up on. No one ever called. We had to rebook the ticket for another 3k, and will NEVER use them again. Strongly advise others not to as well. They are very comfortable with taking and keeping your money, and the customer service is basically just being put on hold then hung up on.
I purchased cheap airline tickets in November 2021 for a trip in September 2022. In April 2022 I discovered that two of the flights had been cancelled and not rescheduled, and I had not been notified concerning this. I had to call the company four times over two days. The first time I was transferred four times, and each time I had to start over with ALL of my information. During the final transfer, my call was dropped. I was called back from a London, England number, but the caller hung up, unable to hear me? I'll never know. Then I received an email telling me to call back if I needed help. I called back, and the entire process was repeated exactly: multiple transfers, repeating the same information with each transfer, the dropped call, dropped call-back, and email telling me to call again. The third time I called lead to multiple transfers, with the final representative saying that no one could help me, and that I would be receiving a call back in 72 hours. The following day I received an email saying that I didn't answer their phone call (there was no record on my phone of any missed calls) and to call back if I still needed help. Calling back again lead to: multiple transfers, repeating all of my information over each time, dropped call, dropped call back, email telling me to call if I still needed help. I have to conclude that this whole process was to stall and make me give up, and I strongly suspect that the transfers are intended to make people give up, and if they don't give up, calls mysteriously get disconnected and call-backs mysteriously get disconnected, and you have to continuously start over and over. You get what you paid for, and cheap tickets lead to horrendous service, though to classify what the company is providing as "service" is a gross misuse of the word. I travel a lot, and I would never use FlightNetwork again, even if they were the only option available.
This booking agency is the absolute worst. I scheduled my flight months ago through them and about 2 weeks ago they told me there was some changes created by the airlines. I called flight network to figure out what was going on and every time I called them they told me something different. My flight was being canceled, my flight has no changes, my flight has changes, I have to reschedule my flight. Eventually someone told me I had to pay 30 to reschedule my flight which I did and they said it would take 4 days to approve. I call back 4 days later (only a few days from my flight) they tell me that they didn't even look to reschedule and that my flight was fully being canceled leaving me with no flight just a few days from my vacation. They are processing my refund and of course they have to charge me another 30 for that. They wouldn't even provide me a refund for the first 30 dollars they stole from me. Never use this booking agency. Tell everyone you know not to use them. This agency should be shutdown for all the incompetence I had witnessed. I hope this saves someone else the trouble I went through.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ supporting this company, it's a black hole of ineptness and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, YOU WOULD GET BETTER ANSWERS FROM A STONE.

Made the mistake of booking a flight with this company and couldn't be any more upset. Took an hour to get someone on the phone, and when I did speak to someone to cancel my ticket they said I have to call the actual airlines. I call the airlines and they tell me I have to contact the company I booked from. This happened multiple times - mind you if they had been honest and given me the correct information the first time around I could've canceled within my 24 hour booking timeframe. But instead, they gave me the go around, and then when I called to reschedule my ticket (because I bought the "flexible" ticket option) any date I checked with them cost upwards of $184+ to change the dates. I'm never booking with this company again. On top of all this, they had given me the wrong number for the airlines, and it was difficult finding a way to contact them. Wasted my money and time.
Kayak a trusted site I have used for many years. I made a huge mistake to click on FlightNetwork, So many wrongs, so much frustration. On a multi trip planning, I had to purchase each flight separate, time sensitive, the last leg of my trip to gather, I was timed out, I had to call the airline I was using to complete my trip, it cost me more. Today I received an email from Flight to no were, asking me to call there customer service center for confrontation. Spending 83 minutes on the last call waiting, with-in there email, no contact number to call. Over the top bad business. Reaching out to Kayak to ask for clarity, Flight to no were is one of the many companys on the listing. Dump this site
TERIBLE AGENCY! IF I CAN ONLY RATE 0 STAR I WILL. I CALLED THEM TO REBOOK MY TICKET BUT THE AGENT TOLD ME TO CALL AFTER 24 TO 48 HOURS. I WAITED FOR 2 DAYS AND WHEN I CALLED THE AGENT TRANSFER ME TO ANOTHER AGENT AND THE AGENT ASKED ME TO WAIT FOR 3-4 MINS BUT IT TOOK 1 HOUR AND HALF UNTIL I JUST HANG UP. SO I TRIED TO CALL AGAIN BUT THE AGENT AFTER ASKING FOR MY ORDER NUMBER HE HANGED UP THE PHONE. SOME OF THE AGENT I CANT UNDERSTAND THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE MURMURING WHEN THEY TALK.
Total rip off. Customer service is the worst that I have ever encountered. I don't know why this company is still running trying to steal money from customers. They will charge you $55 for assistance fee, even though they are not really helping you in any way. They dont update you if there is an issue. Waited for almost 2 months to have my cancelled flight fixed, and eventually i just gave up because they will again charge $300+ for the rebooking plus another $90+ for the agency, and plus the fare difference. It would be cheaper to just book another flight plus you won't have to deal with them ever again. Have to talk to at least 5 people, and repeating my self 5 times for more than an hour. It is so FRUSTATING. Please do yourself a favour and stay away from this company. I am at loss for words i hope i can rate negative stars. Somebody report this company for scamming people. I don't know why they get 4 stars in skyscanner. Totally regretting everything. I used to book from third party with no problem but I have learned my lesson. Better book directly with the airline if you don't want stress. It may look cheaper but once you have a problem they will rip you off to your bones.
3 hour wait times and then get charged $30 to cancel a flight that the airline cancelled so now I lost so much money and the flights have doubled in price. AWFUL
I had to cancel my flight last year February 2021 and flight network have sent numerous emails stating they will refund the money and extorted £60 extra from me for a speedy refund. They still have not given my refund of £500

Trying to rebook tickets that were cancelled due to COVID19. Hold times up to 6 hours (I have screenshots), when I finally got through they said they would escalate my call and get someone to call me back (I just asked to rebook my flights). 2 months later they emailed me saying they can no longer help me as my tickets had expired DURING the time I was waiting for my call back. I was still within the airlines' ticket extension window and the airline hasn't had any issues helping me and has warned me against using FN. No helpful assistance anytime that I have called in (over 20 calls), no reasonable response time over email (usually 2-3 months wait), no contact number on their website, no ability to email without a flight booking number, extremely long hold times (shortest was 3 hours), no call number for you to even book a flight! I have never experienced this much difficulty with booking flights and the response from the flight network was dismal and disappointing. They don't care if a customer loses thousands of dollars even if they have the ability to help. I will never be using flight network again and I advise you to book directly and avoid Flight Network at all costs (in my case $$$$.$$ and my time was the cost).
I think it's not even worth repeating what others are saying, we've all wasted so much energy and time on this company already. DO NOT EVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

They booked an open ended flight without my approval and then claimed that I let my flight forfeit. I have proof that the agent tried to charge my credit card that was on file. This card was cancelled by me over a year ago and he tried to use it and booked without my approval. This company scams people stay clear! As you can see I cancelled what this agent booked and that the card he tried to use had been deactivated. I have reached out to TICO and the BBB. I will not let this go... we are talking $1700 that they are stealing from me. I will not lay down and let them do this to me.
