I've got a ticket from FlightNetwork airline, with a stop in Dubai. The connection time in my ticket was 1 hour and 20min. However, according to Dubai airport rule, the minimum connection time must be 180min. That is why I was denied boarding the plane. Now, this is the FlightNetwork's mistake to issue such a ticket which does not meet the required minimum connection time. I made them a call to describe the issue. They put me on hold for long time to make me tired. Finally, they said it is not their mistake and they can give me refund with charging fee of around $400.
Does anyone have the same experience to share and give me advice how to proceed with suing them? Thanks.
I booked two return flights to Iceland through the Flight Network. The flights were cancelled due to COVID. I tried to get my money back but was stonewalled by Flight Network. Two years later my money is gone. I paid for a service which I never received. DO NOT USE Flight Network.
Purchased extra insurance to allow flight changes. Called for 3 days to make a change, was told it cant be done over the phone and someone would get back to me. Received email, told to call again, when i finally got through i was told it cant be done over the phone and someone will get back to me. Never happened.
Over and hour to get through on phone each time, cut off twice. Had to pay for it through the airline. Lost my money.
This agency is a scam, I'm begging you please never ever book a ticket from this agency, they will steal your money and waist your precious time dealing with them. They don't deserve even one star..
They don't have email and they don't answer your calls, so if anything happens either you want to change flight or any other service, you will.not be able, so check other website.
The worst customer service. Avoid booking tickets from them. The airline canceled a flight and advised me to contact the agent "Flight Network" to issue a full refund. The Flight Network refused to issue a full refund and also refused to contact the airline to advise them of the refund policy.
If I could give this company 0 stars I would, If had money to sue them I would.
Long story short, my partner and I had to cancel our flight due to COVID they charged us a penalty of 10% and told us that we had an "open ticket" and that we can reschedule any time within a year. After at least 20 attempts calling them and waiting hours on line they ether tell you they "don't get the fares" or they hang up or tell you to call within an hour.

Terrible. I bought the tickets via google flights with no problem and then noticed a single letter was incorrect and requested a name correction. They said this was fine and took my money.
It has been a week and despite 10+ phone calls and emails, there's no correction. I asked to speak to a manager. Told it was impossible but one will call me back in 24 hours. I waited but no callback. Tried again and told 4 hours - no callback. The last person on the support line raised their voice at me and then when I insisted on speaking to their manager put the phone down.
Unacceptable customer service and criminal how they are taking money for services and not providing them They should be shut down and not in any way promoted on google

After booking my flights with them, the first flight was delayed 4 hours the morning of. I called the airlines and called the agency, and the airlines confirmed the 4 hour delay, while the flight network did not. The 4 hour delay means I would miss my second flight. I decided to cancel my ticket and asked for a refund, which the agency said I would receive due to the 4 hour delay, but then a few days later told me I would not be receiving it because I was put down as a "No-Show", even when I called hours before the flight to both the airline and the agency, and told them to cancel my booking.
Will never book with them again, and will make sure none of my family or friends would either.
I really hope someone from Flight Network is reading this and able to help. My wife and I are on our honeymoon since the 5th, we have been sent an incorrect flight ticket and currently stranded in Asia. We have spoken to customer's service everyday in the past 8 days, 12 times, 20hours of phone calls and the response have been the same which is "someone from our support team will call you within 24hours to resolve it" however have heard nothing from each call. Our emails have only had auto acknowledgment replies with no option to reply. We need to get back to our 3 young kids. PLEASE HELP.
I have used dozens of flight companies and this is by far the worst. The customer service is appaling. We booked a business class ticket and when changing over the phone they accidentally downgraded us. We have spent over 12 hours on the phone with them they always promise they will call back and or send an email. NOTHING HAPPENS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I have a flight with WestJet that I am trying to change. WestJet has said that it is changeable for no fee and all that has to happen is for FlightNetwork to contact them to make the request (as they aren't allowed to accept the request from me as part of their terms with FlightNetwork). They even gave me the number to pass along. But FlightNetwork is saying they cannot contact WestJet directly…and that there is no supervisor available. Then the guy just hung up on my and put my in the ridiculously long queue again. Embarrassing service from FlightNetwork.
I have been waiting for my refund ($5400) for the last 8 months. Their customer support phone number has stopped working now. I sent them hundreds of emails every time they say they are waiting for the money from the airline.

Due to mechanical issues, one of the flights my husband had for his return to London from Honolulu was canceled. The first flight was rescheduled by the airline, but due to the secondary flight being booked separate, despite being the same airline, they were unable to change the connection flight and told us to call Flight Network (FN). FN then gave us the run around for two hours of phone hockey, and basically told us to "suck it" and they wouldn't adjust the secondary flight. This has cost us getting a whole new connection flight, and I will never use FN again.
I got nothing to say. Just don't buy any ticket from them please. Don't BUY!

I had flight 7/******* than I received a cancellation, I tried to call them, I was waiting over the phone 3 hours 3 times than They just hang up, I don't know how to refund my money or how to change the ticket, the guy that he talked to me he have Indian accent be aware and stay away from them
I tried to get a refund for non checked bags, - the person on the other line did not even let me explain my issue, interupted me and told me that the company had already given the money to the airline?
