I tried to book tickets through Allegiant and somehow ended up booking through you. I searched high and low for points and flight and finally discovered it was booked through YOU? What did I miss?
Now I can't use my credit OR get my points. I'm on hold right now... 46 min later, I'm number 28 in cue.

I tried to log onto my airlines website and buy tickets directly. Somehow I got diverted to flight network website. After purchase discovered that they tacked a 10% fee on ticket purchase with no indication that they had done this. Then they sent me a confirmation number for my purchase which did not match the confirmation number for the actual airline tickets. Had to call airline directly to get the correct number. And flightnetwork charged me a fee for selecting a seat assignment which the airline did not honor. I paid for 2 aisle seats but got an aisle and middle seat instead. The only good thing I can say is that the tickets I bought were legit and honored by the airline. But beware when buying airline tickets that you're really on the airlines website and not flightnetwork. It's legit- but it's a ripoff.
I was charged a $45 administration fee for cancelling my flight, which agencies (unlike airlines) are allowed to do PROVIDED THAT THE FEE IS CLEARLY DISCLOSED DURING THE BOOKING PROCESS.
It was not and I was unable to have the fee refunded after politely requesting. One agent said they would check, and we were disconnected after some time. Another agent said I would have to wait for the electronic ticket before cancelling, which is NOT the case.
Prices fluctuated wildly when checking the same itinerary. All were more expensive than the airline's actual site. Thanks for $45 less than nothing.

Awful experience. I am scared now. I checked you on the web. I found the worst reviews ever. I made a terrible mistake in booking with you. How do I get my e ticket? We were tricked into booking on your side, we did not realize this till we paid. I am so scared that my trip will be awful. I am sitting here and feel like crying for being so stupid to book with you. While being on your site, the ticket got more expensive by the minute, this is outrageous
Some of the messages were not clear, for example we paid to select seats but then it came back and gave us the option to sit together for an additional charge even though we already paid for seats together.
Their site is misleading, as it pops up at the top of a Google search and looks like you are booking directly through the airline, but BEWARE, you are NOT. They charge a "service fee" that they will NOT refund, even if cancelled within the allowed timeframe. And they CHARGE MORE than you would pay on the airline's actual website. I called them, and they said there's nothing they can do. TERRIBLE and DISGUSTING.
It's rather a difficult site to work through. All the boxes you have to check to just book a flight is not necessary. Sorry but I trust your service is wonderful.
Too many nickel-and-dime additional options to pull more money out of me for a flight that is already more expensive than it should be
I did an Internet search, looking for an airline flight, and I was booking on a airline I never used before so I did not observe that this website was not the airline. I ended up paying substantially more than if I booked directly with the airline and of course have insecurity if there was to be a flight change.
I didn't see wheelchair assistance as an option, which I need. Plus, the fees for everything under the sun are very frustrating.
Website is set up to look like finair. Misleading as hell.

I am anxious that I did not get a reservation on Allegiant airlines?! I did not contact Flight Network? I got a confirmation number but it does not state Allegiant Airlines or the flight numbers?!
