Unfortunately I didn't read the REVIEWS of this subterranean business which scams customers into buying their airline tickets from them. They don't answer their 1-800 customer service and the chat agents had me on hold for 4- hrs! Once giving them all reference numbers to cancel my flights they said on every attempt they're experiencing tech difficulties! Again this complaint has been resounding throughout all the reviews on google! Why are they allowed to be in business? I will write letters to our government and newspapers/ tv social platforms… this is unacceptable to lose any and all my $$! European businesses like this- should be held to the American practice of law. God only knows how much $$ they have extorted! Shameful
I've booked and flown on this airline before which, my experience was so smoothly I do not want to fly with any other airline.
Simple and easy so far. Needed information provided for each segment of the booking.
The only issue I had was there were no meals selection option available during the booking. My wife is vegetarian and now I need to figure out how to get this option communicated to the airline. This is not convenient, especially when you are booking a higher price Premium Economy fare.
Booking was relatively easy but the surprise increase in the fare stated at the beginning of the process was an unpleasant surprise.
Said seat selection was included, then charged me extra for seat selection. Required a bazillion opt-outs, made the opt-out buttons very hard to find, and made the error screens (when I didn't select an opt-out) very hard to figure out. Monetizing many things that other airlines provide free.
I wanted to be able to arrange for a carry-on or checked bag when I bought my tickets but there was no option - not even given an idea of the cost of a checked bag only that I could arrange it at the airport.
Would be better to include seat recline information for exit rows
I found it quite easy to search for and reserve my airline tickets on Transavia using Flight Network. However, I was truly shocked by how much the fare escalated with additional charges. I expected a charge for checked luggage, but not for carry-on, and I was also really quite surprised to be charged for even economy seats with no extra legroom, plus more for the "fast pass" lane (my husband is disabled and I thought priority boarding would be guaranteed for someone with a disability, but I could not find that information online, so went with the "Fast Pass" just to make sure we'd have extra time for boarding). So the website worked well— but the fare surcharges were dismaying.
Lures you onto a fake website, overcharges you, and then doesn't fully refund you even if you mistakenly booked and ask for a refund immediately, and then lies about the amount of the refund you will get

Found it impossible to mix and match different return flights with the outgoing flight. Had to book a return flight much earlier than I wanted.
Didn't know what to expect booking directly with Contour through FlightNetwork. Since I'm a rookie I don't have enough experience with the process, but it was quick and easy. Impressed with the E-tickets provided.
Was not as easy as other similar sites. Also, not happy that I have to keep typing because need more characters than I originally wanted to type.
In the 10 minutes it took to book my price you just randomly increased my price by $28 with bullsit about fight has gone up... NOT COOL
