So far, okay. Advertisements look good. Word of mouth is good. Non-Stop is great. The site itself offers to many extras. The flight itself was just over the cost of the baggage fees. You can't go back a page from the payment page to edit the flight. You have to start over. Pricing turns out to be more than you expect. I will let you know how the flight goes. Stay tuned.
Way, way, way, waaaaay too much upselling. Like airline insolvency insurance are you f'ing kidding me? There's like a dozen upsell things now. Reminds me of the SNL skit where they come out with a shaving razor with 5, no 6, now 7, 8, 9, 10, then there was 11, you didnt think we'd do 12, introducing the razor with 13 blades!

I had a very quick, easy experience with booking a few international flights on this site. Would definitely recommend this site for booking!
However, I am giving a 4/5 star rating because only 1 out 3 flights is currently showing in the "my bookings" page, which doesn't make sense. Would love to be able to see all 3 flights in one place.
Last night and today I went to book a flight searching for many hours. They listed a price, and then when I went to complete the booking, they said due to the demand of my flight the price increased. After it happened two days in a row, I went ahead and just booked, it but so frustrating as they should list the accurate prices upfront. It was like a bait and hook. Very annoying.
Horrible experience- customer service is non existent and no one takes ownership of issues.
Passing around to agents. Supervisor are unhelpful and no training on how to take ownership of companies fault.

I was checking out and the price jumped $500 more saying the price 'just' changed... when i went back to search after purchasing, the price shown is still the $500 less price. Feels a little bit like a trick and i didn't appreciate that.

Your company had the incorrect airports listed causing me to have to call airline for correct confirmation tickets.
The Site was pretty easy to use but you had to pay for everything- even if you wanted to get your information texted to you was an extra $6 charge. Not sure I will use them again.
