I liked everything except or pushing / offering many services for extra charges. Fine. BUT after I checked "no promo emails", I received email about hotels in Riga right away after I booked. I hate spam. And I hate when my choice was ignored. You still keep pushing YOUR WAY!
Also, I never been asked my DOB& phone number, I believe. So, I assume you will sell my phone number to marketing companies, and I will get even more spam.
I didn't see where I can enter my miles for points.

Very unhappy with the continual extra costs associated with this Airline. You review seat prices and decide on a flight and then every additional screen there additional charges some of which you thought were included in the original ticket pricing. This give the appearance of a very shady Airline
