In just 5 minutes while I was getting my Amex card number, you increased the price by over $300. I had everything booked and spent well over an hour choosing my flights. This is bait and switch and I am very disappointed

The app is not user friendly Two separate visits to the app were required and finally when I tried to pay, the app displays "the price has changed " then followed up oops, looks like something went wrong ". Finally able to get the app to work properly and accept my payment. Your patience will be tested. Bottom line I had to pay25% more than the original amount.
