Your website was easy to use and had no issues. Thanks for making my booking simple.

Some of the messages were not clear, for example we paid to select seats but then it came back and gave us the option to sit together for an additional charge even though we already paid for seats together.

Their site is misleading, as it pops up at the top of a Google search and looks like you are booking directly through the airline, but BEWARE, you are NOT. They charge a "service fee" that they will NOT refund, even if cancelled within the allowed timeframe. And they CHARGE MORE than you would pay on the airline's actual website. I called them, and they said there's nothing they can do. TERRIBLE and DISGUSTING.

It's rather a difficult site to work through. All the boxes you have to check to just book a flight is not necessary. Sorry but I trust your service is wonderful.

Too many nickel-and-dime additional options to pull more money out of me for a flight that is already more expensive than it should be

I did an Internet search, looking for an airline flight, and I was booking on a airline I never used before so I did not observe that this website was not the airline. I ended up paying substantially more than if I booked directly with the airline and of course have insecurity if there was to be a flight change.

I didn't see wheelchair assistance as an option, which I need. Plus, the fees for everything under the sun are very frustrating.

Website is set up to look like finair. Misleading as hell.

Too many add-ons. Apparently you have to pay to have a choice for any seat. What happens if you don't want to pay?

Great Job It was much better than using Cheapo Air. That was a nightmare.

It was difficult navigating the site and I could not choose what I really wanted because when I made one choice it restricted my next one. Pain in the neck

I am anxious that I did not get a reservation on Allegiant airlines?! I did not contact Flight Network? I got a confirmation number but it does not state Allegiant Airlines or the flight numbers?!

I don't like that at the last minute it changed the price! It increased $32.82 due to "changes in availability". I've not had the happen before ever and I travel a lot.

This service is really pointless! I wanted to cancel my flight and asked for a refund, but the agent could NOT perform that function. Instead, got the long explanation about why he could not do that and finally I would have to contact the airline directly- SkyExpress. Waste of time. Don't bother. Just purchase your tickets directly with the airlines.

Very easy to navigate and book through the flightnetwork website.

The site broke down twice while booking. Very stressful when dealing with something as important as airline travel and the cost involved.
