Website is easy to use for booking. The booking process was very smooth. At my first booking, the price I was interested went up after I clicked purchase, which was disappointing. I was glad I found another booking though. Also, the cancellation policy was not very clear to me. After calling, I learnt that the cancellation protection was only for the first 24 hours of purchase, which was fine, but the website could've stated that to avoid confusing.
This was easy start to finish. I was rxcited abd screaming the whole time. You don't know how important this is for me and flight hub made it more than easy. Thanks so much. Ive already told people about this flight.
After watching the prices of my trip for a couple of weeks, I felt pressured to make a decision before prices rose or seats were taken. The price was no better or worse than other places we could have gone, but this site takes out some of the research steps and makes booking convenient. Still, you are hooped if you need to make changes or adjustments since the cheapest seats usually do not include those privileges.
Booked flight as price was increasing and showed only 3 seats left, looked later price had dropped $100 and still showed 3 seats available, called and was told would have to cancel pay $75 and rebook same flight, no other option this was after waiting over hour to speak to rep, looked on Pacific Coastal website no cancellation fee with 24 hrs booking, will never use FlightHub again

All I can say is seamlessly experience. I decide to travel to Europe and flighthub makes my dream come through, easy to navigate there site. So, Europe here I come.
The lady I spoke with was very mater of fact and didnt want any small talk. I tried to ask questions and her comment was wait till im done talking!
Flight hub rep insisted me to cancel my tickets for $150.00 or if I call after 3 days which I wanted to I will not get any refund. Another family member of mine travelling to same destination got help from Delta airlines. So basically i got scammed for $150.00. Used flighthub 3 times and started to liking it. Not anymore neither any of my family.
I booked a one way flight from the US to Canada for $183.00 and initially declined insurance. A few days later I decided to review the insurance offered - it said the insurance was $50.00 and for a flight that was $183 I wasn't interested in paying $50 so I just closed the information. When I got my VISA statement I was automatically charged $101 for Manulife Insurance policy. I DID NOT ACCEPT THIS INSURANCE ON LINE, NOR DID I GIVE APPROVAL TO AUTOMATICALLY PAY ANY AMOUNT ON MY VISA WHICH WENT FROM $50 - $100. I also paid an additional $13.95 for "Support Package (Premium" with seat assignment so we'll see if this is also a scam and the service is not provided. From my research after the fact unfortunately, they are under review by Better Business Bureau. Save your hard earned money and shop with an honest company.
Terrible. The itinerary was no emailed to me, and when I went online to retrieve itinerary to check-in, it was too late. You have to specify whether you want the itinerary emailed to you only after you have purchased it. I assumed, and reasonably so, that the information would be sent to my inbox and didn't bother to check. When I arrived at the airport the check-in counter was closed, resulting in me missing my flight. Also, when I called customer service, I was on hold for 45 minutes. Running out of time and patience, I hung up.
Recently discovered FlightHub and can hardly believe how easy it has been to make travel plans with it.
My experience with flighthub was very good and smooth and i will be back.
Solid prices and options, but a little heavy-handed with trying to force you to buy their add-ons

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
