Booked Air Canada flights from Ottawa to London. Received an email with link to seat selection. Then reserved and prepaid for seats (6 weeks before departure)
Went to check in to discover we were assigned different seats - seats we had selected had been allocated to others
Phone Flighthub - forced to leave a call back number. Called back 15 minutes later - and hopes were up. Unfortunately first agent unable to resolve, transferred my call. 25 minutes later a second agent answered - fairly insisted on knowing credit card details (?) then disputed charges - generally unsympathetic. Suggested talking to a supervisor - a 5 minute wait followed by another 5 minute. Really!

I have been booking tickets all around but after landing with flight Hub never have to look back as their Price is accurate and no surprise at the End. Generally, other site changes prices at the time of payment or goof up on Currency but not here. It is very clean and safe. Very easy to navigate and offers all the bells and whistles required for a complete package..
I knew what I was looking for, flight hub compared prices from several sources and gave me a great deal! Actually a better deal than I was expecting.

FlightHub does not provide a valid Air Canada confirmation number (6 letters/numbers) to access online services like Check-in and seat selection directly on Air Canada web site. They are saying that this number is not available, but when i book with other sites, this number is available. Seat selection and check in is not possible on Flighthub website and the other option is to call Air Canada, which as problems with too much calls with a wait time of over 2-3 hours. Online tools would have been great, we are now in 2020!. Bad service, don't think i will book with Flighthub again.

I honestly love flighthub, because I can quickly do a search and find the best deal. I usually do searches in a few other places as well, and am consistently happy with the prices Flight hub has. I haven't ever needed customer service, so I can't speak to that, but I love flight hub! Thanks for your work.
