The worst flight services I have ever seen and the customer support are even more worst. I had to travel through BOM TO YYZ via CDG & AMS. Before I went to check in. I came to know from the imm. Officer that I won't be able to to check in because I didn't had schengen visa. Customer support team should have told me that my flight needs those stupid visa. How can I possibly know about this if I didn't have to stay or go outside the airport at any of this European country. I was requesting refund, too but nothing works out. I would definitely suggest not to book any flight services with flighthub. They are worst in service providing and customer support.
Tickets were purchased and then we learned my husband needed surgery. I called Flighthub to get assistance in getting a refund--I had even bought their CSA travel protection BUT whenever I called, I was put on hold FOR OVER 45 MINUTES and never could talk to an agent. My number was taken and I was told I'd have a return call within the hour. Hours passed the phone rang twice and before I could answer it, they were gone. Ugh, I've been working on this for days now with no resolution. Flighthub gives very poor service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND FLIGHTHUB AT ALL!
When I called to ask if the KLM flights had baggage included, I was told yes. But then I ordered the tickets and found out baggage was extra. Word of Advice for FlightHUB: Do not obscure your info of "total price" for flights. Make sure that if the 1st check in baggage is not included the customer knows that by being "verbally" told prior to ordering, instead of telling them they should have read the terms and agreements link on the bottom of the website footer. Have your baggage pricing links updated so that customers know how much more they will pay for baggage when the link goes to actual price on the airline company site and not to some generic link with no INFO! This is ridiculous! Since when is 1st check-in baggage not included? Since greedy greed that is when! What is next? Will I have to pay extra for Oxygen? I will not order from you guys again because I am afraid of hidden costs.

Flighthub doesn't tell you that you are purchasing a light ticket even though the computer screen and your ticket says economy, thus you have to pay extra for baggage.
First time using FlightHub to book the tickets to USA. Great experience. Got the tickets right away through email. Nice deals.
Most flight searching site allows for cancellation within 24 hours without having to pay that extra insurance for $19.99 (i. E. expedia, orbitz). Would be nice to see you offer that too
Due to the Coronavirus and a cancellation of an existing flight, we had to contact Flighthub to rebook our flight. They informed us a cancellation fee of $400 would apply and an increase in the flight charge from our original cost. We were informed the changes would take a few minutes but could be longer.
After 3 days and many calls, it was evident, confirmation of the flight was not coming! You cannot believe the excuses and false claims they gave us. When the new departure date was only hours away they wanted an excessive payment to rebook another new flight. This company is operating a scam and strongly suggest you have no dealings with them.

This is the worst travel site I've ever dealt with. They place you on hold forever, only to always find an excuse as to why they can't accommodate your request. Today I was placed on hold for over an hour, and it seems like they were making up their policies as they went along! I wouldn't recommend this site to my worst enemy!
Such a selfish and useless airline. Apart from flight cancellation charges they also deduct hundreds of dollars for providing no service and help. They dont even have direct contact with airlines in case of emergencies. They are simply advising to contact airlines. The refund amount they show in highlighted green is also false. They only specify their deduction in the bottom but does not notify the final refund amount. Cheap trick
This was a last minute booking as my dad is under going surgery in Ottawa on Monday. Thanks for making this a pain free and easy booking
My flight route got switched and when I called for assistance they said they can not do anything. I end up buying another ticket.

I came across FlightHub quite by accident, and very pleased that I did.The price for my flight was excellent and the booking was quick and easy.Im sure that I will be using this site in the future
I just booked a flight through Flighthub, I always double check the names in the reservation to avoid any mistakes or typos, I did it this time before booking. Ten minutes after finished the booking I received my confirmation email and noticed that my middle name had a typo, less than half hour had passed after the booking and I called Flighthub to tell them my name had a typo and that they needed to change. The told me that they could do that but they needed to cancel my first itinerary, refund the money to my credit card, which could take up to 7 days for the money to be refunded, and they needed to go through the booking once again to correct my name, but in order to do that I needed to authorize a $75 service fee, which I didn't approve as I explained to the agent that I was sure my name was correct when I placed the booking, the agent said that he was verifying the transaction as they have records, and he confirmed that I had submitted my correct name but when someone entered the booking into the airlines system my middle name was misspelled. He transferred me to a different department and they said the same, and again wanted to charge me $75 to do the cancellation and rebooking, which I didn't agree with, and this time the lady said well you booked through the online application, therefore there is no human intervention and that I needed to pay the $75 to have a human to correct their own error. This was my first and last time booking through them.
Very smooth, easy to navigate and gave us the best deal to enable us to see family we haven't seen in over two years!
I've been looking for weeks to book flight to Paris in August. I've attempted to book several times on other sites. By the time I enter in all my info and hit confirm, the price goes up by $4-500. Flight hub was seamless! Really took my anxiety away. Now we are booked and ready to plan our outfits.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
