Do not book through flight hub for anything more than a basic flight. When you call customer service you will get someone in another country that cannot speak English well, nor understand you issue and give you a solution.
I've never had a root canal... but I imagine it's more pleasurable than calling flight hub.
Book airline direct! Even if it cost more money.
The price for the flight was $264, but I got charged $295. Then I was trying to call customer service, was on hold first time 45 minutes, second time already 50 minutes and I'm still on line waiting for response, nobody answer. What kind of service is that?

I entered the dates I wanted to fly. Then picked my flight (like any other website). Received an email confirmation and realized that the return flight date was not what I had picked. Tried to call to correct it. No answer. Had to cancel the flight which cost us $75 each ($150). I'm never using this site again.
Was great until the very end. I had been presented with a summary to confirm before payment that was correct then somehow an insurance policy was tacked on without a confirmation step. Only saw it after payment was processed and then had to phone to get correction made. Call ctr staff were great but I should not have had to call.
All details were clear and it was very convenient. Before my purchase, I was updated on deals as I'd requested. Very nice!
I booked through them without thinking. Their price was a dollar more than direct booking through American Air, and then they try to get you to pay $20 for a 24-hour cancellation privilege, which is generally free at all the airlines. The email confirmation they sent gave their confirmation number plus one that was supposed to be the American Air confirmation number, but it was incorrect. AA has confirmation numbers that are all letters; this one had numbers. Fortunately, I didn't buy any of the extras and so only paid a dollar more and the flight was legit. They seem to be making money on fees, especially cancels, which I didn't have to do. But lesson learned: search on the flight search engines, book your flights directly with the airlines! I suspect the 4-star ratings are astroturf. DON'T BUY EXTRAS LIKE 24-HR CANCEL IT IS USUALLY FREE FROM THE AIRLINES!
These customer service representative are useless and do not know how to do their job. They are all bull$#*!ters that are to frightened answering a question. Ive been disconnected over 12 times. Pathetic people
When I googled "cheapest flights" I was delighted to discover FlightHub. They were $250-300 cheaper than the other site's. I'm a single mom, so this savings was huge for me. Thank you!
