I've always got the best deal with FlightHub. The only negative point - but it concerns the whole industry - is that everything is becoming an option: luggages... and the insurance options are really written in a way to push you to buy but then if you read between the lines you're disappointed. I wish companies weren't trying to trick us into buying things we don't need...
Can't get hold of a live person to explain why I need to cancel my upcoming flight March14th 2020 to JFK on JetBlue Flight #2830, I called JetBlue and gave them my JetBlue confirmation # and was told it's a non refundable ticket, so no refund however a travel credit for future use to be used within one year and no cancellation fees however I wed to call FlightHub to cancel and they have to adhere to the airlines guidelines as well. Please cancel my flight and please no booming fees or cancellation fees. Booking # 177-510-362
I can't believe that a flight company is making money by cheating and burning customer in Canada.
I hate this company which took hours and hours of my time and drove my travel plan in such a way that I lost $1619.

The only thing I am telling everyone who wants to travel Never ever call and look at " flighthub"
I strongly recommend people to stay away from this company. First, their call centre in a non-north America country which means that they have individual working for them that cannot communicate in English. Second, to get to talk to someone that cannot communicate well, you have to wait an hour to two hours. Third, you can never get a hold of a manager because they are always to busy. My experience was so bad, I just cancelled my flight without caring about getting any refund or change. On the contrary, they even charged me 75 dollars more to cancel my ticket. But guess what! I'm happy with the lost of my flight ticket and cancellation fee because I never have to deal with such a sh*t of a company. Beware people!

Easy to use, cheaper flights, for a lower price. Just make sure you leave early because flight times not always right.
It took many months to add my infant to our flights. The customer service agents put me on hold for hours at a time. And after hours of waiting each time they would come back with another reason why they couldn't do it.
It was 7 or 8 separate calls and each of them lasted hours.
Instead of giving me all the information from the start, each agent or supervisor would come up with a new reason to block the process. If the call dropped it meant I probably wasn't getting called back.
At the end of it they did add our infant. But at that point we had to pay a cost and that's when I got 2 or 3 missed calls from them in about 2 hours.
As part of their terrible service they should have waived that cost.
Never use flight hub services. I know I won't ever again. I'll also warn my friends and family against using flight hub.
It was a seamless process in booking the connection for this ticket for my husband and I!

My experience with booking my flight was relatively smooth. A bit annoying that whne I click to get more details on something it refreshes and removes the information I type in. Otherwise, can't say no to booking with flight hub! Though I still get a bit nervous that I'll show up and won't have a seat which happened to me last year despite confirmation and payment going through. Hope that was a one off! Otherwise would be 5 stars
