Called flight hub was on the phone for 1 hr explaining to this lady that I am not able to book online or change my reservation she was going back and forth telling me to wait and then never came back I called back and was told she documented that the line got disconnected what a way to waste 1hr of my life/4$ minute when I am in middle east

Very bad service! To apply for a refund I have to pay a penalty of $900 for each passenger! Also to discuss regarding that subject, no manager or supervisor is available! And i have to call the airline air canada to discuss this with them. Then what are you guys doing there? Very bad service, very bad English speaking employees, no one can understand your customer service employees! Put someone there with a proper English!

Agency scams people in the middle of the pandemic
I do not recommend this travel agency as they are truly evil as they are taking advantage of people's suffering to make more money for themselves. I had some flights booked with them for July 2020. Due to the COVID-19 world crisis, my flights were cancelled. The airlines were saying on their own websites that there would be no cancellation charges, as they understand the extraordinary circumstances. However, FlightHub take it upon themselves to charge $70 cancellation fees for "handling" the refund process. Literally all they'd have to do was put in a request. Not only that, but they don't take their fees from the refund, which according to them takes over 18 week (airlines are saying 2 months). They immediate charge the $70 to my card. Clearly proving that it's just their own sort of scam way of profiting from the crisis. Will never use them again and recommend you don't either.
As a military man I'm constantly flying to my next duty station or taking vacation see my family flight hub makes it so easy and cheap to do those things and for that I can't thank them enough they really are for the people!
1: Too long waiting time!
2: Ones it's your turn and u ask your question, after that to answer your question u will be put on hold ones again and never get returned!
3: One is saying a whole different storey to you then the other! Regarding the fee and available flight!
4: After all you have to contact them again and again and waste your time till they are ABLE to find you a suitable flight with a 12 hour layover without any hotels to offer! And if you decline that offer good luck with calling them again!
5: last but most important, no one at the customer service is speaking proper ENGLISH! You should be very lucky if u get one on the line with speaker fluent ENGLISH!

Navigating the site was easy. I was happy with the price I got for flights but didn't realize that booking a basic economy ticket you have to pay for a carry on bag. I've never had to pay for a carry on bag ever, other than that I am satisfied with the booking. The true review will be after I take my trip to SC and back in September, then I will see if all goes well with airline and travel.
