I am a moderate traveller. I have come to rely on Flighthub for my ticketing. Its a simple, step by step process for booking tickets. They have had my back in the past. The only suggestion to improve their site thar I would give is, that for some reason, if you research your trip a few times and then go to purchase the ticket it does not accept the payment method you choose. It can get frustrating.
I am a regular customer of flight hub. I booked my flight from Calgary to Aberdeen and my shopping experience of flight ticket was very quick and efficient.

Our flight was cancelled due to Covid and flighthub initially asked for a $400 change fee. They have adjusted their policy and have advised I will receive credit. I have waited more than 2 weeks for the email they told me I'd receive in 48 hours. It is impossible to get through as well unless you call and indicate that you wish to purchase new tix. Scammers
I bought insurance for cancellation and change, turned out to be for 48 hours! Air france cancelled my flight and Flighthub won't refund me! They charged me for handling fees and they gave me credit to use within 6 weeks, during the pandemic! Customer service agents do not speak good english They don't understand. They are not willing to help or file requests or complaints. I requested a refund, I ended up being charged more money on my credit card without being informed.
It was really a great price and very easy to handle, I highly recommend it
My flight was cancelled due to covid-19 and I've called for a re-schedule. The agent lied that the airline is imposing restrictions on passengers, destination and the same type of flight on re-booking. I've called the airline and they said there is no restriction that they impose. FlightHub customer serviceexperience is one of the worst I've had. Buyer beware!

Coz of the pandemia. It is still hard to find domestic flight at a decent price. But: flight hub is always there to acomodate ya.No matter what!. Thx guys I could go c my old mother 4500kms away, way. Cheaper than anywhere else... thx again..
I had an awful experience with Flight hub and I will never book with them again. I was stranded in South African and not once did someone notify me that my flight was cancelled. When I finally did get in touch with someone, they didn't know what was going on and giving me misinformation. I was told that I would not get refund if I cancelled and only a voucher which I would have to use within 6 months to the same place. Unbelievable. None will be flying in 6 months. Then I was told to phone Air Canada in which I did and kept getting passed back and forth. Essentially I was doing their work for them. Last I heard I am only due to receive 150 dollars back for a flight from South Africa to Calgary. This is unbelievable. What a horrible experience. They outsource their staff and do not train them which makes it more difficult in a already stressful situation. If anyone knows of a lawyer please let me know.

Never used flight hub before so hopefully all goes well from now to flights
Flight hub need more training in how to handle people and the business of flights. I literally called 15 times. They re-booked my ticket to the wrong place then cancelled and re-booked but no one know where my ticket is. I called and called and called again... I had to confuse their equipment by calling from another phone and put in some other information for them to answer their phone because I called too many times they decided not to take no more of my call. So needless to say I had to leave my $644.35 with them and purchase another ticket close to 800.00. Stay away from flight hub. That is one booking number after another and no confermation on the actual airline.

On flightshub we see several flight options with several different carriers. We are told about the best deals available. The purchase is done quickly. We also see the same information as on the carriers' websites.
WORST COMPANY EVER! While every other company is providing free cancellations for flights restrictions/cancellations because of Covid-19 which is out of the control of the customer, Flight Hub is charging you $35 to cancel flights that are being cancelled because of Covid-19. These cancellations are out of the control of the customer and we shouldn't be charged for this. If Flight Hub feels that it's necessary to charge someone, they should charge the airline, not the customer.
While talking to customer service, we were told that they couldn't escalate and the agent (Jet - or at least that's what he says his name is) told us that they didn't have a last name when we had asked. "You weren't given a last name"? Their response was "No, I don't have a last name". "Do you have an employee ID number"? Their response was "No, I don't have one".
Worst company & customer service ever!
Was looking to fly out of the country with the least amount of layover time and with the cheapest flights. It did not take long to find the flight I was looking for. Thank you flight hub!
Worst customer support after booking.
Tried to use the credit that you guys had issued and i have the email worth of $1071, but when i tried to use it after a month- it says only $453.
And you guys put me on long hold for that.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
