I called them many times to help me solve my problem and yet they keep on telling me they cannot modify! I wanted to speak to their supervisor and was telling me that they can't bec. Their supervisors are on a meeting at 9pm? And that other supervisors were answering calls?! It's very obvious that they were just ignoring my request! They even promised that I will receive my confirmation to my email within 24 hours and yet I have not received any for more than 24 hours! Customer service is very bad. First time it ever happened to me. I've been booking to a third party company and I did not receive any service as such as this! So inflexible and inconsiderate!

BRU to LAX

Booked a round trip from BRU to LAX last January and it was good. The flight was a bit bumpy and made me nauseous but that's the airline's fault.

While many airlines have a hotel booking system integrated into their sites, most of the selections are limited as they will only display hotels that have formed a partnership with them. This is not the case with Flighthub.com. They will show you all hotels in a selected destination. I only wish they had a flight+hotel option.

I was searching for ticket from Toronto to New York. All the websites were in Canadian dollars. When I got to Flighthub I saw the best price and I bought the ticket. After I realized that it was in US dollars I call the company and they didn't want to do anything for me. Even though I had the right to cancel the ticket before the midnight they wouldn't do it without the cancellation fee which was close to the price of the ticket. I requested to talk to the manager. They put me on hold for 20 minutes and then dropped the call. Worse service. Never again.

My family will be going on a trip to Thailand this coming summer. All of our five tickets were bought off of FlightHub's website, which was waaay cheaper than those sold on China Airlines' website.

I heard about FlightHub from a friend who often travels from Canada to Europe. He recommended to me this Canadian company and said the whenever I need to compare flight tickets, I can just use flighthub. I guess he was right :)

I travel for business

As a business consultant, I always travel in and out of India to visit my clients' companies. I used flighthub for my last three flights and I am satisfied with the prices along with their service. I don't always book via third-party but when I do I usually use their site.

Plain yet effective

The first word I thought of when I visited Flighthub.com was "meh". It looks just like any other travel-related website. But when I used their flight search services, my reaction was as far from "meh" as possible because compared to airline agencies, their prices were significantly lower.

Very attentive agents

I'm writing this review to express my appreciation of the agent that took care of my flight rescheduling request last Monday, March 28 2016. I could tell that she was really working on changing my flight instead of simply pretending to do so. She successfully changed my departure date from April 13 to May 13. So thankful!

I'm not sure why the other customers are complaining about the customer service because based on my experience, the sales rep was kind and attentive. I've never booked my own flight prior to this so I was not aware that tax fees were included. The entire booking process was then explained to me by their agent. I will use them again.

I booked my ticket, after 3 hours on their website I find a better deal. I call them, their system was down. I wanted to change and take the better deal one. Different agents spoke different things. One was so rude and unprofessional. Finally got someone nicer. She told me I need to cancel the one I gave in order to book the other one. I had to pay $75. I agreed as there was $400 difference in price. Then when she was rebooking the lower deal one, she informs me she cannot do that. She is not getting any confirmation, I don't know what. I lost $75 for nothing. Plus lost the booking I had done. The next time the price is more exp. It sucks.

All my flights are booked via Flighthub. It's easy and fast, not to mention affordable. Although I can't change my booking online so I have to call their hotline whenever I need to do some alterations. Still good.

Called them many times to help me solve my problem and keep on getting different answers. When I had enough and ask for supervisor they didn't even cared to transfer me. They won't even let you do the survey even when you asked them that you wanted to do it because they know you'll fail them. I even asked them to send me an email copy of my flight but they said they don't resend email but when I insisted they promised that I should receive it the next day but guess what, it's been a month now and no email came. Great Job! I booked 4 tickets to you and simple request can't be completed. Never again to use your service and make sure to tell all my friends my bad experience.

Horrible company

NEVER BOOK FLIGHTHUB AGAIN!
THEY MADE a huge mistake and when i called them to get it fixed they basically brushed me off. Virgil # 1577 was completely rude and didn't offer any solutions. What kind of company doesn't offer anything for customers when they make a mistake? Too bad b. C am going to Europe this year and will buy many air plane tickets. Shame on flighthub. If anyone knows a number i can call to escalate this please let me know.
Will be telling everyone not to buy from here! Cant trust them.
The price may seem good, but buy from Kayak. At least they care about their customers. TRUST ME... i am not one to complain usually!

I just tried out their booking functionality and it actually works. Booked a round trip flight from Munich to Mumbai and will be flying this coming May 5th. The transaction was fast and I was able to book without experiencing any problems. Hopefully my flight goes well!

When searching for flights I usually like to know as much detail as possible. This includes the number of layovers (if any), the exact time and the number of seats on the flight. Gladly, all these things can be seen on FlightHub, all you have to do is perform a simple search and they're all presented.
