Happy to utilize the services of FlightHub which gave me my flight ticket through a telephone call and offered me a decent markdown also. I would prescribe every one of my companions to utilize it for booking flight tickets.

Each time I visit them, booking flight tickets turns into a considerable measure less demanding than anybody would ever consider. I have watched the sheer commitment of the group and the endeavors they put into make your work done as quickly as time permits.

I could not get through to a person for a long time, the automated options were incorrect! When I finally got through to someone, I needed to change my outgoing flight- it took almost an hour, they apparently couldn't cancel my outgoing flight and rebook it for some reason (and I was aware there were fees to pay, I was willing to pay the fees!). In the end, after being put on hold multiple times (which I started to think was just a game that was being played), I was told that there was nothing they could do for me. I asked to speak to a supervisor and the agent become RUDE and started yelling at me. I was not put through to a supervisor at all and was continued to be put on hold for another 20 minutes. In the end, I just cancelled the outgoing flight with them, I have to pay $150 for this "service" and during all the "hold" time - I booked online with Porter Airlines to do what I wanted that FlightHub couldn't do... apparently. So rude! So ignorant - SAVE your money, book directly with ANY airline!

This morning I tried to purchase 3 airline tickets online for myself and my family. When I tried to pay (after putting in my credit card information) the screen said one of the flights was no longer available. When I tried book again, the ticket price had increased by $19 for each ticket but the flights I wanted were still available. I called customer service to find out why the price had gone up the middle of the booking process and that I wanted tickets at the price I quoted. The agent, who I could barely understand, told me that those flights were no longer available and proceeded to get a price from a different airline that was more than DOUBLE what I had gotten online! She then told me that I should book the tickets with her because I can try and try online but will continually get kicked out and not be able to buy the tickets. I told her that she could keep those tickets as I was NOT paying all that money! I then went to the airline website myself and booked the tickets with no issues. I was only bullied in high school once, it has not happened since and it WILL NOT happen with Flighthub. I have booked quite a few flights with FlightHub. Nice while it lasted.

I've always heard of Flighthub from my friends and colleagues who always travel. It's quite popular here in Burlington so I decided to test it out. We went to Ireland for a family vacation and I was able to get tickets for 450 dollars each!

This is not a question but i have something that i want to share to you guys, i have been using flighthub fo almost 4 years but i never experienced customer service unlike what MR. VICTOR gave me, his last name is spelled as Ceniza as what he told me, he is so willing and sincere in helping we with my flight cause the american change my flight there was some sched change but mr. VICTOR helped regarding this one so much, i am so thankful to him hope you guys will help him be promoted he deserve promotion you need them guys,

So, my wife and I had an easy time booking tickets with Flighthub. The problem was when we wanted to make a change to the reservation. We were charged fees to cancel it, and fees to re-book it, and we were also only allowed to re-book the ticket on the same airline to and from the same destinations. Basically, we ended up with a credit available only for use on United airline and only at the same destinations that was worth what we paid minus $350. We tried many times through many media to reach out to their customer service, receiving either service from a call center in India that was staffed by folks who could not understand what I was saying or receiving 1-2 sentence email correspondences from their "escalation team". I understand that they deal with airlines and airlines have their own fees, but as I see it, if we are assessed a "cancellation fee", then we should be returned the value of our ticket minus that fee and be able to use that credit on any airline we choose. Otherwise, we should be assessed a fee for changing our reservation within the single airline, and should be able to use that credit from any location within the same airline. As it stands, we were charged fees to cancel, fees to book, and are limited to using only one airline to fly from Toronto to Chicago. Customer service was no help at all. The most pleasant experience in dealing with them was the hold music. I will never use this service again and cannot more strongly recommend that no one ever use Flighthub.

NEVER AGAIN!

They show you a cheap price but during the booking process they add on a whole lot of hidden fees like cancellation insurance, EVEN IF YOU HAVE DECLINED IT. If for any reason the website refreshes during the checkout they default it back to yes.

You wait 25 minutes to talk to a rep, immediately get cut off and have to try again, and again. Eventually you get to speak to a service rep and get your payment refunded, but what a hassle.

I hate crooked web sites like this and would NEVER do business with them again. I regret buying from them and wish I had stuck with Travelocity.ca

My mom and aunt who are both senior citizens booked a flight for 2017 with FlightHub for the first time. They didn't notice or were unaware of the Best Purchase Guarantee as the option is pre-selected. They had no intentions of cancelling flight same day as the flight is for 2017. When they contacted Flight Hub, they said they could not do anything for them. So ridiculous that two seniors on a pension have had to pay this charge for no purpose or benefit to them. Flight Hub would not offer any other options to credit the charge back to them. I will never book with Flight Hub in the future and mention to friends who plan on booking through this site.

I have been trying to get a cancellation email for booking #009-107-441,7passengers reservation changed to 3passenger with the other 4passengers re-booked... I have been calling customer service repeated but flight hub can't seem to provide me with a confirmation email for cancellation of the remaining 2passengers... now what they do when ever I call is to put me on hold for 45mins to an hour then put me into a satisfaction survey that the number 1 for poor rating of customer service doesn't work... lol... you push the one button on the phone and it keeps saying it hasn't receive your response... go figure... other times they just leave me on hold until I get tired and hang up and then call back again... now I can't seem to get this resolved... anyone out there experience this?

I just want a confirmation that the remaining 2passengers have been cancelled and my money will be refunded of course less the airline cancellation fee... now I have to carry both charges on my credit card until this is sorted out... when it rains, it pours...
