Kind, friendly, and lightning fast agents who can book so quickly it's surprising
Trusted site for me and my family's airline ticket needs
I was very stressed out when my flight with AirAsia was cancelled and I had no exchange ticket, but when a friend told me about flight hub I saw that they had lots of cheap fares without any extra charges.
Travelers should check out this site, they have the cheapest prices everytime
What a nice travel website, good deals, very cheap prices and trustworthy agents. No more going to the mall or real life travel agencies!
Early flights are cheap but really, most of their flights are a bargain compared to other agencies who grab your money with hidden fees and such
Trustworthy travel agents who value professionalism and confidentiality without being too overbearing. Great!
Highly useful if you're looking for an emergency flight to Europe.
Great for new and experienced travelers. Awesome prices as well
An awesome way to look for the best flights in the world.
I love how it makes booking a flight so much easier and cheaper
Transaction was done in as fast as 10 minutes! As long as you got a fast connection lol
I'm glad I no longer have to spend thousands of dollars for an overseas flight ticket!
I'll be going to prague next month and I already booked my flight via Flighthub!
It's a kind among other online travel agencies, I've been using them for months.
Always updated website, the listings are timely and accurate too.
Flight hub may have cheap rates but you honestly get what you pay for.
My boyfriend and I were booking a flight and their website errored in the date. I know it's nuts, and if it hadn't happened to me, I wouldn't believe it myself because I'm *******% sure I put the right date (I checked, and double checked, and triple checked). If you keep reading you'll see that it was their system. Upon receiving our email confirmation (listing the return date as the 30th, rather than the 29th) we called them, only to be informed that to change our itinerary would be a fee of $250 per person. The most we could do is cancel our flight for $75 instead and re-book it. I've never gone back and forth so many times, going from the kind and compassionate approach, to the angry demanding approach. I was put on hold at least 4 times over the course of an hour while this helpless lady would speak to her boss who REFUSED to speak with us, or assist. The final hold lasted more than 20 minutes, at which point we hung up and called back. The next lady wanted to charge us EACH a $75 cancellation fee, even though the prior woman guaranteed it would be a total of $75 for both. All in all we were corresponding with them for 2 HOURS and got absolutely nothing waived in our favour. In the end, my boyfriend decided to call Air Canada from his phone since we'd be flying with them, and they switched our dates with no charge and no hassle! For anyone who may have thought I clicked the wrong date - we found out that what Flight Hub actually does, is take all your information and go and book the flight (online, as though they are you). So yep, they put the wrong dates and refused to help us at all.
Definitely advising everyone I know to stay away from them. The big companies may cost a bit more but at least they're reasonable and offer good customer service.
These individuals are to a great degree well disposed. They make you calm before wandering into making a deal a deal immediately.
This is the first occasion when I am checking on them, in any case, it wasnt the first run through taking their administrations. I have had some better than average experience booking air tickets by means of FlightHub.
Answer: Hi Kristina, We're sorry to hear that you are having issues with your booking. Could you please send us your 9-digit booking reference number by private message? Our Escalations Team will look into your case and contact you to help resolve the matter. Kind wishes
Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
Cheap Flights is what FlightHub.com is all about. Save big on airfare, airline tickets and hotels. A great way to get cheap deals.
