Be careful what you buy from these guys because all they want to do is just sell I bought the travel insurance from them and when I needed to use it they told me that I couldn't because I needed a legitimate reason so I told them that my friend is really sick and I need to change my flight by one day I was told that because I new my friend is sick that I didn't have good reason to change my flight.
When they sold me the insurance I was told that I could cage or cancel my trip any time Not true be careful I will never use them again
Tip. Record your conversations with these guys you can't trust them they sell you one thing and it turns out to be another
Watch out fighthub charged higher price than quote once you provide credit info and confirm the ticket. I called right after, and they said i have to pay $75 for cancellation, what a rip off, i have to pay their scam... they break their promises, what a joking company... i will file business bureau and ministry of consumer service... they can not get away from their scam...

Book flight was given wrong return time listened to distorted tapimg and was told tjey could only help if i wanted to pay to change reservation. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL NEVER FLY WITH FLIGJT HUB AGAIN.

I heard about flighthub from a friend. I needed to book flights for multi-cities. The prices were excellent and booking was easy.
Have chosen flighthub a few times this last year when it comes to finding the lowest price for air fares! Would recommend to anyone looking to fly to any destination!
Very easy straight foward site to use. Cheaper prices then most sites it's my favourite site to book all my flights on.
Last week I booked a trip to Nairobi for next fall. I screwed up and booked the same time as family engagement. I called back to change the reservation, understanding that there would be a fee to change.
I spent two hours on the phone with the sales rep, most of it on hold. I was able to re-book the flights and was told it would be a total of $904.68 to re-book (difference in airfare was $0 by the way). I gave my credit card info and spent the next couple of hours processing the complete waste of almost $1,000.00.
I then got an e-mail saying I needed to call Flight Hub immediately or my trip could be subject to interruption. I called back and spent another hour and thirty minutes with the sales agent. She told me that the original agent had made a mistake. The total they were going to charge to my card was not $904 but $964... but that was a wrong too... The actual price was $821.00 PER PASSENGER! I had her double check and she then told me the total price to change the reservation would be just over $1,900.00 (just two hundred less than the original price of the tickets in the first place!) I asked to speak to a supervisor, and then was told that the price was actually $1,112.68 total. Again, I requested to speak to a supervisor (and was really losing my patience).
The supervisor confirmed there was a mis-quote initially, and they would have to collect an additional $146.00 from me to process the change. I asked about just leaving the original travel dates, and was told I would have to call the airline myself and co-ordinate the flights, as they had already cancelled my original flights.
In the end, I ate the additional $146.00...
So much for a discount travel site. These people used a total of 4 hours and 2 minutes of my day... (and didn't even attempt to make any sort of compensation for that)
The level of incompetence with these people is staggering. I have never, in all my years of booking trips, been so frustrated!

I called to try & resolve an issue I had and the first representative I talked to hung up on me. I called back and told the second person what happened and asked if I would get a discount for the way that the first representative acted towards me and she said, "There was no way to determine wether it was you or hung up". She had the audacity to say that after what I had just told her. Then I speak to the supervisor & he said that there was no way he could reduce my fee and just kept apologizing for the customer hanging up on me. And after our conversation, the supervisor said that there was no exception could be made but on their website it says that there are exceptions that could be made and even after I was hung up on there was still no room for an exception. I let the supervisor know that he can listen to the recording to see that I did not hang up in order to get an exception that I would wait. But he did not want to. All I wanted was to get an exception made after the horrible customer service but nothing happened. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.

Flighthub replied to me. They continued to claim that I had until 11 pm to cancel my flight.
Guess... I called at 530pm just an hour that I booked my flight. They told me that I cancel, I have to pay $75.00. They charged me for the price guarantee.
If this is a RIP Off...! I will make sure to tell all my friends and family

Terrible customer service - I tried to cancel a flight and was berated for an hour by Flighthub staff. They refused to cancel the flight unless I paid excessive cancellation fees directly to Flight Hub despite the fact I had purchased cancellation insurance at the time of purchase. Never use Flight Hub to purchase your flights, it's an awful experience.

I wrote a review about Flighthub and received this email in reply: "We received your complaint and we want to explain that schedule changes are not in our control, airlines make flight changes and schedules and we have to coordinate with the customer and the airline the best option. If a schedule change is major (more than twelve hours of standby) the customer may request a refund but if the change is less try to give the best option, unfortunately the airline authorizing these changes and often takes more time we wanted. We want to remind that it is the airline that makes these changes and is on the client to accept or reject those changes, Flighthub is not obliged to make any compensation. We apologize for any inconvenience."
ONCE AGAIN... Flighthub is not listening! The cancellation of the flight, although inconvenient, is not the problem. It is the fact that their agents are NOT equipped to help the customers with the changes. When I called the airline, we had a new flight figured out within 10 minutes. It was the over 7 HOURS of dealing with Flighthub on the phone and trying to get them to understand which was the problem. It was them telling me that they had figured it out or promising to send emails and then lying to me which was the problem! They have a script to follow, but do not listen at all to their customers.
Please, don't use this company!

I used Flighthub for the first time today. The website was easy to navigate and the flight options available are impressive. Booking was easy with no glitches. An immediate confirmation was sent by email.
I always shop around for the cheapest flights and I have used this website several times. It is very easy to use and easy to compare to other sites. They always send me email confirmations very quickly and even send out reminders. I highly recommend this site!
Q: I booked two tickets online with flighhub when I received confirmation I noticed a spelling mistake on the reservation. I have called to fix this and have had nothing but the run around. I called the airlines they were willing to fix the spelling mistake for free but weren't able to because of the way flighthub made the reservation. I have since called flighthub and they now want to charge me $75 dollars to fix a spelling mistake that was their mistake in the first place. The airlines clearly were willing to make the change for free. I worked in customer service for 10 years this seems a bit of a money grab to me. I fly on average 2 business trips a month and have never experienced this with any other reservation site.

Long story short... after 3 phone calls (the last one was 49 minutes) and being given the runaround, I was offered a credit for two flights I had to cancel for medical reasons. My $159.86 credit was awesome... if not for having to pay $300 in change and rebooking fees for my "credited" flights!
Oh, was also told they contacted the airline to verify they could issue the credit... the airline has no record of any phone call from FlightHub!
This is my first booking with FlightHub (or any third party provider)... never, ever again!

I booked 4 flights with FlightHub back in April. Firstly, the price went up twice after receiving my email confirmation. The website still showed the lower price days later, but I was told that the prices were increasing.
Then in August, the airline cancelled the flight. I contacted FlightHub immediately. After being placed on hold repeatedly... for 3-5 minutes each time... I was on the phone for over 1 hour when I was told that they were able to confirm with the airline that the flights were cancelled. The cancellation was processed and my credit would take 6-8 weeks.
I decided to follow up after a couple of weeks and had to go through the whole process again. I was put on hold while they confirmed with the airline again! The cancellation had not been done, but I was assured it was now done and I could expect a credit within 6-8 weeks.
My husband followed up and nothing had been done. He went through the process again... and he was told 6-8 weeks. Each time, we were put on hold repeatedly, each time we were told it had been done, each time it turned out nothing had been done.
I received a voicemail to call FlightHub immediately regarding my cancellation. I called, there was no record of the call and my cancellation still had not been processed. I went through the process once more... an hour and a half on the phone... but this time, I received an email confirmation of the cancellation on September 28th. Clearly, nothing had been done prior to this.
I waited until October 24th to follow up on my credit. I was told it the cancellation had been done and I should received my credit by October 28th.
I called today as I still have not received my credit and I was told I should receive it by November 30th! I asked the representative how I could get my money back... I told her I had been assured repeatedly that it had been done. She just kept on repeating her script and then she hung up.
I am concerned that I will not receive my money back. I am out over $2100 and there is no one I can speak to.

As a new university grad frequent traveller, I've been booking with flight hub for 2 years now. I enjoy the fast and easy booking process as well as good prices that are very competitive.
I just spent a few minutes reading these recent reviews and, sadly, note that I just went through the exact same experience with Flighthub as has been described over and over again. Bought a round trip ticket from Calgary to New Orleans way back in August 2016.
Tonight is the night before my return flight and I couldn't seem to be able to check-in online. So, I call United Airlines, the airline I'm supposed to fly with tomorrow, to learn that my flight has been cancelled/modified and that no one from Flighthub called me to let me know to change/modify my booking (as they state they will do on their website)...
Long story short, after several hours on the phone and after ruining my last evening away, I came close to having to pay flight change fees in addition to $200 of fees for the difference in ticket prices, but the United agent I dealt agreed (out of mercy) to forgive the the cost of the difference in ticket price. The situation was very stressful and I am very disappointed in Flighthub... Sadly, prior to this, I had had good experiences with them, but never again will I go through this type of undue stress and additional cost.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
