The worst travel agency that i have ever dealt with. PLEASE DO NOT BUY YOUR TICKET FROM THIS AGENCY! You cant exchange or cancel your flight.
I'm an avid traveler and dealing with Flighthub's customer service has been the absolutely worst experience I've had in travel organization. Their hidden stipulations and long wait times leave you losing out on a lot money because of their absolutely ridiculous hidden costs.
I will NEVER book with Flighthub again. They are truly the uttermost worst travel booking company on the internet.

On four occasions I asked to speak to a Supervisor. Twice I hung up after being on hold for ten minutes. Twice they said a Supervisor would call and he didn't.
They basically lied to me.

My husband and I decided to go on a trip, just the two of us. Something we hadn't done in a long time. I made the arrangements, I booked the trip through Flight Hub a company I hadn't used before but the price was right. My original date of booking was on October 16th, I received a confirmation back that the trip had been booked successfully with a booking reference no. The day before the trip I called Flighthub to find out how to book seats. I was told that the trip was cancelled?! I said that wasn't possible that I had not received a phone call or email about a cancellation, but he insisted that it was cancelled. Funny thing was he proceeded to book us a new flight with the exact itinerary as the original flight, same days, same times, same layover periods and locations. However the original price, the booking in October was $1,175.24 the total for both tickets round trip. In order to book the same flight the cost increased to $2,083.40, $800.00 more. My flight from North Bay to Toronto was booked and paid for connecting me with this flight, the cost of my resort was paid for, I had no choice but to pay the extra money. To top it all off our luggage was lost and arrived three days after we did. Since my return home I phoned Flight Hubs 1-800 no. To enquire as to where I could submit a complaint and to provide the documentation for both confirmed flights and the difference in cost. A lady on the phone said that they had sent me two emails about the cancellation but this isn't true. I had looked in my regular emails and my 'trash' bin before calling. She said that she would put me through to her supervisor. After several minutes she came back on the line saying she couldn't locate the supervisor and that they would tell me the same thing. I reiterated what I had said previously, explained that this was not acceptable and was put on hold again. A couple minutes later a 'supervisor' came on the line and once again I told my story. She said that she would forward my concern to her supervisor and that I should hear back within 24-48 hours, I'm not holding my breath.

I don't know how to book online. I feel a bit anxious about entering in my card details so I decided to call FlightHub's customer service instead. The girl on the phone spoke good English and knew a great deal about FlightHub's current offers. Got more than a decent booking in the end.
Based from my experience, FlightHub is the best travel website for online booking. Options are endless and always are at very good prices compared to other otas. I like this site so much I recommended them to all my family, friends & co-workers.
I went to every reviews site and rated 5 stars for FlightHub, thanks to their team we got it safely to visit Petra and saved a lot of money. Wouldn't trade the experience for any other site!

If I could rate my customer service experience a 0/5 stars, I would. A glitch in the online system charged my credit card for a flight I never wanted. Upon calling customer service, I was greeted by a man named Carl who informed me I would be charged 75 dollars for cancelling a reservation I never made in the first place. I explained my situation and how I shouldn't be charged for a booking that was not my intention or fault in the first place but he interrupted me and started explaining cancellation fees and charges to be made to my credit card. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused. He kept interrupting me and said I would have to pay more now because it was past midnight during the call. I asked to be transferred to his manager again, who then hung up on me. I called a second time and asked to speak to a manager directly to resolve the issue. I was asked to take a survey, which I completed (thinking I would be transferred to a manager after it) and the call then dropped again. My issue was never resolved and these individuals are trained to cut you off while speaking. Disgusting experience and I highly recommend to USE A DIFFERENT BOOKING SITE! Never use Flight Hub

Yes, I made a mistake entering my wife's name on the ticket incorrectly... i. e. It didn't match her passport. Flighthub had us on 2 carriers namely Delta and Alaska. I phoned the day to ask FH to make the necessary corrections before the flight and I was assured the changes and the airlines were notified. Well, we got to the airport this morning at 4 a.m. only to find out the change wasn't made.We were not allowed to board. We did call them from the airport and all we got was excuses and were told we had to forfeit our tickets and money... twitter here we come

A little compassion could go a long way in big businesses.
I quickly booked a flight last Friday to go see my father who is in his last stage of ALS. His doctor said he had little more than a week left to communicate because he was deteriorating rapidly. Thus, I decided to fly although I have an anxiety disorder and I have a fear of flying. Less than 36 hours I receive a call saying my father would probably not recognize me anymore. I was also feeling sick and knew it would be unwise to visit him and affect him.
Thus, since I have only flown once in 10 years, I thought I could just cancel my flight. I phoned Flighthub and spoke to a man named Bon. He was not a good communicator and did not provide good service. When I repeatedly asked to speak to a supervisor, he basically refused me. He said that if I wanted to speak to someone else I could hang up and phone back and it would be the luck of the draw if I got him or someone else. I would have found this distressing on a good day but I was already under stress so that did not help.
I phoned back that evening and spoke to Nigel. He was nice but said I could not receive a refund and would have an additional $75 cancellation fee. I have to fly before the end of the year and will be subjected to another additional fee. I have a fear of flying and will drive when my father passes. I am not rich and I am now out $950 as if I did not have enough to deal with.
My real problem, is the lack of empathy when you are just a reference number.

I learned about FlightHub from a friend and I thank him for telling me about this. It's now my favorite website to do travel shopping. I love their cheap air fares and all around service, now I travel more using an ota I trust.
Went home to NB from Toronto, saved 80$ on my flight compared to the other companies on Kayak. Cant complain.

I booked a ticket online when I received the conformation it was a different ticket with a layover! I called them within 2 mins of booking to change it. They said I could not change it! And that I would have to be refunded to book again. I said ok, they then informed me it would take 2-10 days to get my refund. They then called me later that night and told me they needed another 75.00 to do this and if I didn't pay the 75.00 within 24 hours the ticket would be non refundable! All because of an error on their part!.,,. I gave them the 75.00 and it's been 5 days and I am still waiting for my refund!

I'm here because FlightHub got my first ticketing experience with them right. Ticket in hand, I had an uneventful time at the airport going back to Laos and the trip was a good deal, too! I'll definitely use them again.
I used FlightHub to search for tickets for a few years now. It's an excellent site for firstimers and people who want to book w/o other problems. I never had serious problems with them, the flights I booked went smoothly and were dirt cheap too.
They charged my card extra money and wouldn't return it and would not give compensation. They are the worst company, a bunch of con artists. Go with the actual airline and save yourself the headache.

We purchased 5 tickets with a Flight Hub agent; completed the deal, received confirmation number, and were promised to be sent a number of e-mail messages with an itinerary and a seat selection shortly. 24 later, we did not receive any messages and phoned again to inquire. An agent confirmed the deal, bur said that it would take longer to process it. 3 days later and several more call to inquire, we were told that our deal was cancelled and the new price was more than $150 higher per ticket. Flight Hub was not willing to take any responsibility for making several mistakes (e.g. Spelling our e-mail with two mistakes after having been corrected twice *******@sympathico.com instead *******@sympatico.ca); twice promising and never sending an electronic itinerary; cancelling the deal without obtaining our permission/request or sending us a notification). We waited for 45 min on-line, but never were given a chance to speak to a supervisor. At the end, we re-booked the flight 4 days later, having paid at least $500 more for the deal. Stay away from this company.

I had to call their contact center in the middle of the night and the call center agent remained friendly helping me sort out my problem throughout the call (messed up my last name).
Offers good prices compared to others site I found. Active customer support. Upper management does help resolve any issues if it occurs. Will use again.

What I really like about FlightHub is that you can filter your searches based on ur preferences. I needed a 4-5 star hotel that was within budget and FlightHub gave me the closest options to match my needs.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
