You would think that a company that have '' More options, best prices and less headache" as a slogan would actually care about their customers... I have been on the phone for HOURS, trying to first of all, understand what the person was saying and second of all, trying to understand why they were charging me twice for a simple change i wanted to make on my reservation. They put you on hold forever, and then talk to you 2 second just to tell you that they'll be back in five minutes... that lasted for an hour! This company clearly don't care about their reviews or the happiness of their customers. I wrote an email, a tweet and a private message with NO answers. What's the point of buying a ticket with them if it's twice the fees and twice the complication. If you're thinking of purchasing a ticket with them, make sure that there's no chance that you would change anything, better than that, just don't book your ticket with them. Worst customer service ever!

Flighthub is offering to exchange the two tickets that my wife and I purchased for an insane fee of $425 CAD per ticket! That's $850 total!
The total price of the two tickets was $1100 to begin with. The exchange fees are 77% of the original ticket value!
Everyone should stay away from this disgraceful business!

I have been trying to change my flight for one week now. I called 3 times and each time waited 1h30 minutes with nothing happening. The last time I called, they were finally able to change my flight, again after waiting on the line for at least 60 minutes. But then, they send me an email at 4am the next day saying ''Immediate Attention Required''. I again, had to call them. I waited 20 minutes on the line and no agent spoke with me. Hung up and call again. Finally got someone on the line and they said there have been a change and the fee is now 27$ more expensive, they made a mistake when they told me the price so now we have to go through the booking process again to change my flight... WHICH IS ANOTHER 60 MINUTES ON THE PHONE. NO COMPENSATION for my lost hours over the week of this waste of time.
They put you on hold for 20 minutes at a time, then they talk to you 2 minutes, repeating what we exactly discussed 20 minutes ago, and they do not bring you any new information. They are very slow and not efficient... Having to deal with them is a very frustrating experience. Plus, they charge you a fortune!
Make sure if you purchase from them, you do not have to make ANY modifications.
Ideally, just do not book with them.

We booked a flight for four people travelling to Mexico last week, and were surprised to discover that we'd bought and paid for Manulife All Inclusive insurance at a cost of $792.00 when we already had insurance through another company. When we called FlightHub a representative told us we'd 'ticked' the box requesting travel insurance, when we explicitly knew we had not. WRONG! The FlightHub website completes the insurance section on your behalf and you have to 'DESELECT' the insurance option or it's added automatically. Okay, our bad for perhaps not paying closer attention, but FlightHub's bad for not allowing clients to opt in, rather than opt out. We were then told that you can only cancel insurance within 48 hours of making the booking, except we didn't notice the insurance addition until the Amex statement arrived. It's the last time we'll ever use FlightHub

I booked a flight for the wrong day, and they were going to charge me $675 dollars to change the flight AND keep the $300 the actual flight cost. I had to go on another site and buy a whole new ticket because it was CHEAPER than just changing my flight. The people are horrible to deal with and I'm out $400 because it costs $75 to cancel the flight and they keep my $312 as a credit. If I want to buy another flight with them WHICH I DONT they said they would charge me $200 TO USE MY $300 CREDIT! This is my first time booking a flight, and they literally have no sympathy. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. It is HORRIBLE!

I booked a flight to Europe with them and there were extra fees making my excellent price not so excellent. Also if you get the "extended insurance" for booking this is only for 24 hours! If you find a better price after that you are charged nearly the entire amount of the ticket to get out. Because of their inflexibility it is good to get the booking insurance option at $5.40/ per person / day, this adds up to quite a bit. Overall will never ever use again

Absolute incompetence! Got an e-mail a couple of days before my flight saying that the airline moved up my flight time by 2 hours. No problem. The next day I get a new e-mail saying that flight is not confirmed and now I would need to move up the flight 10 hours, to the morning. A little frustrating but I can still work with that. 3 days before I am supposed to leave I get another e-mail saying that I still am not confirmed for the flight. When I call they tell me that there are no flights and maybe I should just cancel the trip and rebook. No other solution at all other then to cancel. I demanded to speak to a manager and after waiting 45 minutes told her that she will have to find me a flight that leaves same day. Also while I was on hold the website was still selling tickets on the same day, to the same destination, with the SAME AIRLINE. How can you tell me that there are no flights when the website is still selling them? After wasting my entire morning dealing with these people (who are not very good at their jobs) I can say I have a confirmed flight. Although I am still a little hesitant until I am on that airplane. WILL NEVER BOOK WITH THEM AGAIN. The worst experience... ever.

I wish i had read these reviews before I booked. All true! I was not being a smart shopper. After i booked the flight I found a price $40 less and asked if they would price match. The answer was no and if I cancelled it would be 75. It was my fault... for not looking at the reviews.

Bought my ticket home for summer last week and found a pretty god deal. Save 300$ almost on my flight. Didn't have any problems that everyone else is going on about on this site.
Don't deal with this company. If you need to cancel and flight they will not process your refund unless you pay $75.00 I booked a flight two months in advance and I had to cancel five hours later and I was charged $75.00 - it is better to deal with expedia because you get a 24 hour cancellation window for free.

I booked a flight for me and my mother to go to New York for my Uncle funeral on Thursday 23,2017 and returning on Saturday 25th. When I booked it had the correct days. But when I reviewed it my return flight was on the 28th of February. So I called them to correct it they charge me a extra 80 dollars for price difference. So when I asked they why they said for the different dates. Please never book with them. BIG SCAMS!

I see this has happened to other people. When I booked I set my dates for going as March 7 and returning two days later March 9. I then rechecked the booking when they said to review. Everything was correct. When I went to get my itinerary the return date of March 9th had been changed to the 7th. So I was arriving and then departing an hour and a half later to go back home. Crazy! I tried talking to them and the girl on the phone was polite but said that we would have to pay $200.00 per ticket, apparently the airline penalty and an additional $175.00 per ticket for FlightHub's penalty. In total with paying the penalties and an increased price of airfare they wanted me to pay them an additional $945.00 The whole flight when it was booked was only $1228. 00. After being put on hold numerous times I asked to talk to a supervisor. I was then put on hold for 20 minutes waiting for a supervisor to come on and the original agent came back and said she still couldn't get a supervisor to the phone. I was determined not to give them any more money so I decided to just book new return flights with WestJet on the proper date. This cost me another $708.00. So my 3 day trip is costing a lot more than it should have. This is ridiculous. Beware. Tell everyone you know not to book with this company.

I booked the wrong date online and tried to make changes. The cost would have been $290 to make alterations or $125 to cancel and obtain credit. I cancelled, and had to call back in to leverage the credits. Mentioned this was what I was looking to do and was transferred 3 times. When I booked the flight I was charged, they never leveraged the credits noting that I "did not ask to use credits on the call", even though I was pushed to three different departments to help me with this. I just paid twice for a trip, and they have no resolution owners in place and there's no direction. I feel like they purposely were vague to steal my money. Crooks. I am still fighting to resolve this issue, but they're giving me no options and no customer support.

I booked though flighthub website and they charged me for seat selection later on I discovered the airline not charged them and they charged me more money than airline should charge when I called them they said this is our service charge while in their website they are telling no service charge. Just my advise be away of this agent try to find other good one. Good luck!

I called Flight Hub and cancelled my Elite membership five months ago to find out that my credit card was still charged membership fees all theses months.
After I found out, I contacted customer care at three different instances. I was kept on hold for extremely long time. They promised to refund the wrong charges but refused to provide the cancellation number. They promised to send the cancellation e-mail within 24 to 72 hours but nothing happened.
Unbelievable!
I'll ask my credit card security to resolve the issue with Flight hub.

I booked flights through Flighthub, my flights got cancelled and I was told I had to call Flighthub, because that is who I booked my flights with.
I called, got terrible customer service and was put on hold for an hour and still no one came back to address my issue. I called repeatedly for a few days and kept getting put on hold. Eventually, I gave up and is $500 in the hole.

Flight hub is a scam. Never ever book a ticket from them. I booked my wifes ticket from Toronto to NY through flighthub. But when I went on airport, agent told me either they did something wrong or they dint book the ticket. So I called flighthub and they put me on hold for more than an hour saying we are looking into your matter. Their every single agent has same answer. We lost our money and dont want you to loose yours so please avoid this website. Its a SCAM

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
