Flight Hub showed several dates w/ varying prices I got to pick the best prices there & back saving lots & flying West Jet out of Hamilton

Super easy to use site. Cell phone friendly, which is hard to find. Clearly marked flight options, easy forms, and the booking page didn't time me out when I needed a bit to review everything.

The site was easy to navigate when trying to find a suitable flight, however, when paying out the transaction there were some tricky questions that made one think they had to pay more to get a seat assignment, and pay more for insurance.
I felt as if the site was set up to try to trick me to pay more for an assigned seat, but then it clearly stated that when purchasing two seats you mostly always get seated together.

No complaint on the site but the phone customer service are not good. They need more training on products and service delivery. The site is 100% excellent.

I was very excited to see the great price and various flight options for my trip! I had searched for flights to Regina to watch my grandson participation in the Canadian Games on other sites and Flight Hub provided the perfect travel arrangements for me. The process to complete the transactions was easy and straight forward.

Appreciate the cash savings, however the sudden onslaught of emails about cars, hotels. Etc is unnecessary. I also didn't opt in to be sent those emails.

My friend and i booked a flight and without notice we got an email saying our "flight requires immediate attention" apparently this meant our tickets were not issued and after separately spending 40-60 minutes on the phone asking why this was happening we got hung up on. I am highly disappointed with the service we received and we will not be booking again with flight hub.

Bought a flight to Vancouver and Flighthub shows the best deals! I've been searching around for a while and Flighthub is the only website that shows me all the great deals that are happening.

Like to use this site for so many flight options and great deals and even after with checking with my agent they could not match or beat the price

Cheap flights, easy to book. Had to call 2x and wait half hour both times to make small change to reservation.

I recently had to change my flight, 24 hours after I booked. I was graciouslly waved the full cancellation fee and the operators assisted me in booking another flight right away. Everyone was very courteous and helped me avoid a big disaster!
