The site is user friendly and saved me time by alerting me when there was a drop on prices etc. i was able to compare prices easily. Modifying the dates to get the cheapest rate was easily done to.

Generally easy process after trying many other offers which all came out with flights unavailable at that price. You where true to your price but didn't like the add on price for picking a seat. Be straight forward what you see is what you get. People are tired of the add ons be different stand out.

I usually get the best deal on flight hub, so jn usually thoroughly satisfied. This time around there wasn't all that much flexibility in what was available, but I guess I can't rest blame the site for that?

One stop website, excellent prices, still get the option to compare prices. They email you with the best prices, if you select that option just in case you aren't ready to book right now. Once you book you can add hotel and car rental if you didn't do so before as you are emailed with the best options and prices

I called the customer service and requested to add westjet rewards to etickets. The representative who answered the phone did add the number to my tickets.

The only problem I had during the booking process entailed having to repeat the booking process in it's entirety for two adults. Multiple nearly identical flights left you waiting for the confirmation of the first booking before I felt secure in proceeding with the second booking. It would be better to enter the passenger one info and then the passenger two info before booking.
