Flighthub's reservation was very easy. Once you choose your flight the whole booking process was on one page. I really appreciate that! Some of the other sites you filll your name and wait forever until the next page loads up, filll some more and wait again. Not so with Flighthub.
I was done with my reservation in just few minutes. Also it was here where I found best prices for the trip I needed the tickets for. I'll try Flighthub again. Hopefully their domestic fares are reasonable like this international flight was.

I booked a flight through Flighthub to fly from Los Angels to Pensacola on 7/14/17 returning 7/16/17. One of their operators made the mistake to spell my friends last name, unfortunately he did not review his electronic ticket when he book the flight. The nigh before the flight i noticed this mistake and i called them. They wanted to charge he 75 dollars for their mistake because by the way he booked his flight with an operator
Botton line we talked to United and i was told that they will put a note on his ticket."They never did it. Another very unprofessional company. People are no well trained. En of the story. Do not book any ticket with this third parties companies.At the time you arrive to the airport it is a mess and you do not have any thing to do because you have to go. Oh also the kind of ticket we book do not allow United to make any changes, not even seats... No way Jose... this is too much... First and Last time.

I will be using Flight Hub again!

The Great:

I saved over $500 with Flight Hub!

I was able to find a ticket for under $900 on Flight Hub instead of $1400 (Kayak, Expedia, Sky Scanner, major airline websites, etc)

While I will continue to use other meta search websites, Kayak, etc, I will be adding Flight Hub to my list of must visit airfare websites.

In order to get the best price from Flight Hub:
- Be flexible with dates
The website will show you alternative itineraries without you necessarily asking for them, but I find this helpful as you get an idea of when the most inexpensive flights are (a few days earlier or later).

-Book quickly!
Good and reasonably priced itineraries can go very quickly, so if you see the ideal flight, book it. A flight I was looking at was no longer available 5 minutes later.

Suggestions for improvement:
- If a customer needs to cancel their original itinerary (within 24-72 hours, most likely airfare is not confirmed with airline yet) and book another itinerary with Flight Hub, the $75 cancellation fee should be waived.

Customers should not be assessed a financial penalty if the itinerary hasn't been confirmed with the airline and if they are booking another itinerary with Flight Hub.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE. CHARGE RIDICULOUSLY HIGH AMOUNTS FOR THEIR MISTAKE ON THE SPELLING OF A PASSENGERS LAST NAME. SPOKE TO AIR CANADA DIRECTLY AND THEY TOLD ME THERE WAS NO CHARGE ON THEIR END. ANOTHER REP TOLD ME I COULD DO A FULL NAME CHANGE ON A TICKET 3 DAYS BEFORE THE FLIGHT AND ON THE PHONE WITH THEM NOW AND THEY ARE SAYING NO ALTHOUGH I AGREED TO PAY THE 200$ FEE! THIS PLACE IS SUCH A SCAM! NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH ANY OTHER 3RD PARTY AGENCY!
