Everything was perfect, site easy to use... the only downside is that with AirChina it is difficult to see our flights.
American airlines have comfortable seats with room to move. The aisles seem to be wider making it easier to get by if someone is standing. The flight itself was great and the landings were smooth and gentle.
We found flighthub through Kayak when looking for some flights to Fortnight lauderdale. Kayak showed one way ticket for $54 per person booking through FlightHub. We went through it and indeed it worked out to that amount, I complete the booking and see the charge hit my Amex immediately. However I get a notification saying booking was completed call customer service. I call flighthub who tell me Amex didnt approve the transaction while I have them on the phone I call Amex who confirms everything was approved. The charge that hit my Amex was from spirit airlines not flighthub. So at this point I tell flighthub customer service that there was nothing wrong with the Amex and I put this down to a system issue. Customer service offers to book my flight from here on things go sideways... takes all my details asks me this is the airfare $257 instead of the original cost I assumed (big mistake) that the airfare went up (perhaps why it didnt go through first time) and I say here is my card info. I then see 2 charges hitting my account, 1 from spirit airline for $197 and another for $60 from flighthub. I decide to look online at spirit airlines for the same flight and the full cost was $189. I put the $9 difference to some sort of markup but what were those $60 from flighthub for? I decide to call back, customer service and the supervisor after an hour tell me these are service fees from flighthub and that I agreed to this when I was told the cost of the airfare. I disputed that the representative never explained to me that there were $60 of flighthub service charges which by the way have nothing to do with the spirit airlines fare. Supervisor tells me that I can cancel the flight but pay $75 cancellation fees per ticket that times 4 is more than just leaving it the way it is. I dont usually write any reviews but felt cheated and ripped off enough that warranted this rant and disgust and these practices. The representative should have said the airfare is this and our service fee is this. Horrible and stay away be warned. Lesson learned book direct through airlines.
I found the flight online but I was not sure whether the ticket included the checked in luggage. I called FlightHub to make sure that the tickets included the checked in luggage and I was assured twice by their representative that this is the case. Unfortunately the Flighthub representative was lying and he gave me false information just to sell me the ticket. Do not buy from this company. It's a SCAM!
I have been using this place for few years; FlightHub has been always lower price than others so far.
I've worked for travel and booking industries before but never have i seen such stupid people.
1. There is no way you can directly reach the cancellation team.
2. If a flight is cancelled due to bad weather the airways will return the money to Flighthub and not to the passenger. And this is very basic information that none of the flight hub support staff understand.
3. They have no proper ticketing tool/Support tool. Every time you call you have to go over all the information/explanation that you gave the last time. So basically they are not noting down any information.
4. Waste of time. Every time you call

Made a booking, received 1 email a few weeks later saying one leg of the flight had changed. Agreed to that change (pushed the flight forward a few hours)
A few months passed, checked the flight details, said there had been a change and I had to call customer service on the phone. Been waiting 45 minutes. Call answered, told I was being introduced to another team member to assist - was just dumped into another hold queue (new queue hold time 20+ minutes)
No emails or phone calls made to me to tell me of this change and I've only just noticed now that I've manually logged in less than 24 hours before the flight. Very poor.

Have been using the service for booking flights for past 5 years or so
Only have one issue last year with last and family names reverse going into China which has finally resolved.
First time traveling as a couple, and for it being an ALL DAY travel, it was well worth the time spent with great service.
Food and movie selection was good.
I had initially bought a flight, then i called to change the flight date, the phone operator told me the fee for changing the date, so i decided to book it. Later he calls me to tell me there is more additional fees and the price he had said was not available anymore. He called and was asking for my credit card information and I had no choice but to pay more than what i had expected. They told me a price and he never booked it for me, when he did the price had gone up + there were more fees on top, from flighthub and from the airline itself. I will never never go back to flighthub.

Change schedule fee very high over 600 CAD too much even higher than chancel fee.
Waiting for over 50 minutes
I booked a flight with FlightHub for the first time last week. The airfare dropped over 30% a few days later so I contacted FlightHub about a price match or possibly cancelling and rebooking my flight. FlightHub is all about providing the best price so I thought that I was making a reasonable request. The answer was NO but to get an answer required a lot of work - finding a number where live people answer the phone or even finding an email for customer service on the website was not possible, or at least I wasn't able to find it. When I did find a number with real people on the other end of the line, I was transferred over and over again and put on hold. I was on the phone for over 44 minutes. Everyone I talked to said the they didn't think that a price match or refund was possible but all three people I spoke with handed me over to someone else to talk to because they all said that maybe they could help me out. I will never use FlightHub again. All I needed was a simple answer. What I got was a lot of wasted time. I have no interest doing business with a company that makes it so difficult to get seemingly easy questions answered.

Had difficulty getting cc approval because the last digit of card no could not be inserted. Had to contact FLIGHT Hub.

I did not like that the airline TAP wanted at the counter $110 for the first checked luggage. They said that you bought some discounted tickets and luggage was not included. Until then I have not heard of airline charging for one regular size luggage extra fee. I hate last minute surprises.In five emails I was asked for an extra insurance but not once informed about the luggage police which must have had changed since September when I had taken a similar trip.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
