Your email prompt me to do seat selection in advance. I tried it but could not go-through, and I never received any notification/confirmation email about this selection. The weird thing was that I was charged the seat selection fee even it never happened.
The site was easy to use and helped me find the lowest priced flights. I would not hesitate to use them again.
My wife has Alzheimer's and she flew a couple of days ahead of me. Attendants assisted her on the plane, but forgot her at her destination. She had carry on luggage but forgot and had family looking for luggage at carrousel. Very upset and disoriented. Very disappointed with WestJet.

The customer service lied about the terms of the cancellation credit, and when we tried to get them to pull the recording of the phone conversation to prove it, they claimed it wasn't working. FlightHub is a giant scam

We were not informed of any changes done to our flight, and there was never even an attempt to contact us.
This site is ridiculous. My boyfriend and I booked our dream trip to Thailand, but when the trip got closer our dreams came crashing down. My boyfriend is in the US National Guard and unexpectedly was going to have training while we planned on being out of the country. I was so happy when he said he bought trip insurance. HOWEVER, this did us ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! We paid $100 for the insurance on top of our $1000 flight then $200 dollars to activate it when we canceled our trip. The insurance only go us the ability to use our credit in the next five months, on the same exact route, and only our credits (not upgrade using each others). There was no time for us to plan a two week vacation. We used our vacation time when we suddenly had to cancel our trip, my boyfriend definitely couldn't get off work and I couldn't even use his credit to upgrade my flight and go alone. There was no way for us to get the time off to go on this trip and they did nothing to help us... the made about $2000 on us an wouldn't help us at all! Absolutely ridiculous that someone serving in the military doesn't fall into the insurance policy and that they would not work with us at all! I will never use this site again and this whole experience made me wonder if travel insurance is even worth it! Definitely a learning experience loosing out on so much money!
I purchased 3 roundtrip tickets for $143 a piece which is a really great price but my card was charged an extra fee of $409.77. I called and emailed
*******@flighthub.com a screenshot of this charge like they told me to when I called. This still has not been resolved. I will never book will them again.
Awful. Avoid at all costs. I paid a $125 cancellation fee, and when I tried to rebook the same flight for different dates on the same airlines, FlightHub wanted to charge an additional $580 ON TOP of the $294 travel credit I had! WHAT?! Even though I could see online the price was only $430 for the flight I wanted. I am IRATE. Completely completely ridiculous. Air Canada get out of contract with these hooligans!
The last two trips, my flights were delayed, my last two trips my luggage was delayed/lost. On the last flight white people were sitting in my seat and i'm a large black guy so for my safety i just moved my seat. I was told i could choose any besides first/business class of course. I don't appreciate it, especially if i'm not gonna be compensated at all.

There's many problems with this company, but trying to communicate and fix small problems is a nightmare and by far the biggest problem as well as complications due to their brilliance(sarcasm) for example they changed our departure without informing us and to correct our tickets we'd have to pay, this isn't the first time on this trip we've had to pay for their mistakes literally. I suggest you avoid them at all cost!

I just want to share the experience with Flight Hub. I have been buying tickets online and whoever can provide the cheapest, there I will buy. This was the first time I bought from FH. They showed the cheapest at the time and so I selected. While I was typing all our names (5 pax), my wife noticed that the amount is not according to what we were quoted in search. I do understand that they have the right to change esp when the price actually changed. Though I would say that this is the first time I experienced this kind, I called the customer support to clarify after the booking. They explained that the website will also refreshed with the new prices. But when I refreshed, I still got the cheapest quoted price. I documented everything and all I can say is that I will avoid them going forward. They are not honest and they did not help at all in resolving my concern. The customer support could only offer the cancellation with charges... darn!
Highlights, it is the only and first time that this happened. When I refreshed within 30 minutes later, the cheapest amount still appears.

Flighthub has been a very useful tool for me to find cheep flights.
Things to improve:
-more details on luggage capacity of the different company
-Also had some problems while booking with this website because it doesn't let me use symbols in my name and that I has been a big pain when they transfer my info the flight companies (if you have a composed name. Don't do it)
We called flight hub to request an email confirmation as we had not received one. We were told that the reason we didn't receive a confirmation was that our flight had been cancelled. When I expressed surprise that our flight was cancelled without anyone informing us, I was told that I could book the same flight for the same amount of money and that our original fee had been refunded. Afterwards, I checked with our credit card company and found out that our fee had not been refunded and we now had two separate bookings for the same flight. Even though I called back within an hour, flighthub would not cancel the flight without a cancellation fee.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
