I used few times on flight hub. Not anymore.
I book flights for my coworkers as well with the company credit card.
Once, i phoned to changed the flight schedule. However, I couldn't change it on my own because it was on the company credit card which wasn't on my name. The person who got my call kept asking me to talk to the credit card owner.
Even though, I booked the flights through on my account.
Sorry. This is really inconvenient for business people. Now, i just used expedia. Their call center is much better than flight hub.

Overall effective and efficient, not above the crowd, but certainly not lagging behind. Eveything runs efficiently
I got a good deal. The flights were on time and good service. Were all seated together. There was just one problem where our gate number was changed for one of our connecting flight and was not fully informed about it. But otherwise its good, we didnt miss the flight.

I wouldn't book with flight hub ever again. God forbid if u have a problem with your flight you. Don't get any help and just the run around. I'll pay extra to Westjet where they were willing to help me.

There was a mix up with our family names when we were getting tickets but the customer service agent was very helpful in sorting it out

Subsequent updates were sent when necessary.
It's now 80 "Business Hours" since my first complaint on this site and 23 business days since my original complaint by e-mail. Flight Hub's "Escalations Team" is a scam. They just want to fob you off with a generic reply and hope that you will eventually forget about the complaint - Not happening! I'm now going to take this up through Better Business and every social media option I can find...
4 days after the auto response on this site, still no contact from the "Escalations Team"... Do Flight Hub have any customer service?
Booked two return flights on Icelandair from Seattle to Glasgow and FlightHub confirmed 2 free checked bags in writing. At check-in, airline insisted that FlightHub had only arranged "Economy Light" fares (cheaper) and additional baggage fees of U$95 per person had to be paid. No satisfaction after over 60 minutes on the phone trying to get some sense from the service centre on the day. Told to send an email to their complaint department and did so on 30th December. Still no reply by 17th January, despite a follow-up email on 12th. Is this just inefficient or a deliberate ploy for Flight Hub to maximize profits?
I came across FlightHub from my friends. I took a chance to check it out and so glad I did. I love how I can find the lowest cost for all my travel needs in as easy as one click. Its now my go to site.
Good luck if you want to change your flight - expensive! Would have been cheaper if I went direct through the airline.
I travelled to 5 countries and made 10 trips in 2 weeks and all were just perfectly booked without delays or mishaps
Don't use Flight Hub you will regret it
I booked 2 flights through Flight Hub in January 2017 for December 2017 long story but wan't able to go had to cancel the tickets I called flight hub in December 2017 paid the $300 change fee to have my credit. The agent told me that I have until January 18 2018 to book my credit to be used by January 19 2018. I called on January 18 to use my credit and the agent then tells me you had to use these by January 17,2018 so now I'm a day late. They wouldn't do anything. I asked to speak to a supervisor which I did she didn't want to do anything but finally agreed to investigate but was a waste of time because I don't think she investigated anything. There is a recording of me and the agent on Dec. 22 cancelling my ticket with the dates I was given but they say it isn't there. Why would I have paid the $300 for a credit if I had no intention of using it. Now they won't give me my credit for the airline or my $300 back. Do not book with Flight hub this has been my worst experience ever with a flight. They were extremely rude and not helpful at all. They lied to get my money. Do not book using the company...
I then filed a complaint with TICO and that was a waste of time as they did nothing all they did was ask Flight Hub what happened and Flight Hub lied to them as they did to me so case closed.
Not sure what the purpose of TICO to allow a company to rip so many clients off and do nothing about it. At least shut them down.
