Customer service is impossible to deal with. Constant contradictory information, no native english speakers. Ended up having to re-purchase the entire flight 30 minutes before it left because of Flighthub. Now have spent hours and hours on the phone trying to resolve issue with no end in sight.
My chronicle continue... after more than 4hours on the phone, they said i can go for the option of receiving 1400 instead of the 3000 i paid for the ticket. My hubby and I work hard for this money and you want to still it base on false policy which air canada.
To The CEO of flight hub, I have contacted a lawyer and informed our police department. And would not mind contacting bloggers and a friend who work for CNN to advertise my story... You better return my money as soon as possible
I booked a trip for 2 adult and a baby and the price was around 3000$ and unfortunately I had to cancel the flight. I agree to pay the cancellation fees which was close to 1000$. The agent told me they are not able to refund the money but I will have a credit for future booking. I was ok with it, i am now trying to book my new flight please find below the trouble am going to:
- I must book the flight with the same destination I used for the previous flight ( which i was ok with)
- the website is still buffering when you are tring to use your credit to book the flight. I called and an agent S yes you have a credit which is going to expire in october 2018 and she will try to look for a flight which the new date... after some few min she came back and told me sorry i am not able to find a ticket with aircanada so you just lost your 3000 credit. I requested to speak to her manager and she didnt want to make the transfer. I also contacted aircanada and they also confirm that there is indeed a flight for the date I requested for
To the flight hub CEO, I contacted a lawyer to sue them i have all the prove showing that i had a credit until october 2018 that I can use... I printed your policy which doesnt mention anything about using the same destinations.

I am very glad that you are aware that the information you provide to your customers regarding cancellation fees regardless of when a flight is cancelled is and I quote from your reply to my low, unsatisfied review:
"There is a brief description of these fees prior to purchase as well as in our Terms and Conditions. "
For me, the key words are that the information is a "brief description". In my case, this information was so brief that I completely missed / failed to see it! But when I was hit with the $150 fee for cancelling two tickets within an hour, the "sucker punch feeling" was not brief at all! So, yeah, still will never use your site. My suggestion is to make this information less brief and more prominent on your site so customers are aware of it prior to submitting their request to purchase a ticket.

Thank you for taking the time in reviewing our services. As an online travel agency, we do offer 24 hour cancellation as per the airline's fare rules. However, even though a ticket is purchased within 24 hours, all changes or cancellations will have fees. Unlike other sites, this one will CHARGE you when you cancel your reservation! Even when done within 24 hours. In my case, they said my charge was $75/ticket (I had two, so $150). I was attempting to cancel the reservation within an HOUR of purchase. After expressing my shock with this news, they said the best they could do was to lower the fee but they can not REMOVE it. So my fee went from from $75/person to $25/person. I've been robbed! Flighthub took $50 from me and I don't even have anything (does anger count) to show for! An expensive lesson! This was my first time to use this site and it will definitely be MY LAST! I will stick to online sites like Expedia that allow one to cancel for full refund within 24 hours. VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company! NEVER AGAIN!
I am planning to sue them since they rip off of almost $1500 from me. I talked to 2 sales person when I booked a refundable ticket. 2 people working in sales department should be credible enough to trust. I booked a ticket and one sales person said it is refundable. After I booked the ticket, I called again to make sure it is refundable and ask a second opinion from another sales person in case the first one made a mistake and cancel it if not. The second person said it is refundable ticket.
Looks like their people from sales department just wants to achieve their quota. They will lie to you just to make sales. This is far too much unacceptable. I know that there is a voice recording of transactions made. This is enough evidence and the corporate management should do something about it.
To the Corporate Management of Flight Hub, I hope some one reads this because I want to spread awareness of what is going on with in your call center ( if it is call center) THEY ARE GIVING FLIGHTHUB A BAD NAME. Unless this is what flight hub is all about... please make the necessary refund back to my account. I don't want to loose more money to pay for an attorney but you already rip me off.
Is there any consumers hotline in Ontario? Or can I file a complaint in the CANADIAN CHAMBER OF COMMERCE? Any help will greatly appreciated. I don't have much time as I need to file for complaint right away after 72 hours. Or this case might just go to waste. Thanks!
Spent a total of 1300. 00 for three flights and still have no reservations and no tickets
They double billed me and then cancelled booking. Money raked out of my account in 30 seconds or less and takes forever to get refunded.
Customer service clerks sounded like robots and no one could tell me why they double charged me
Thank you for crediting to my credit card for one seat. Actually it was two seats that I was charged instead of one. I would appreciate if I get the refund for the other seat I was charged.

I booked a flight, I was charged for plane seats. When I contacted the airline I was told I didn't have seat as reserved. Even though I was charged. I was never able to communicate with anyone. Finally I sent a text asking for a refund. Never heard from them. Also when I got the credit card statement, I was charged for booking my flight through them. Something they don't tell you when you charge to your credit card. Sneaky!
I had to cancel my ticket which was originally for $1800 round trip.
The flight hub charged me almost the amount of ticket $1300 for cancellations, the airlines just cancels it for $400
BUT they told me cancellation each side is $300 and i got back only $500 as refund. They just put you on hold and direct you to another agent.

Great prices... they do all the searching for you... makes planning a trip easy. I use flight hub for all my trips
I have always been able to find flights at a reasonable price and times that work with my schedule and often with short notice
I purchased airline tickets through Flighthub and when I received confirmation, the dates were different. When I called to get refund they would charge me a $150 cancellation fee. I even purchased the insurance which is totally useless. This whol transaction took less than 30 minutes! Anyone who uses Flighthub will get screwed! They're not even worthy of one star.

It's ok but not so great, would have rated 5 stars if there are more flight rates options with affordable prices. Just wondering why you guys bother to send out survey forms to customers when you guys would not do anything about your customers request so whatever.
Even the supervisor doesn't know how to deal clients. May be they need to be trained a lot more to suit that place.

Reasonably priced, excellent departure and arrival times, good airline. This came up after a fair amount of searching. I had to think differently about my home airport.
I have used flighthub a few times and it was a very nice service and I have been satisfied so far. I would also recommend flighthub to anybody and everybody who is looking for a nice and decent flight search engine there are others in the market as well but flight have is also up to the mark and produces very nice results all the best for the Flight Hub team
Managed to find good deals for the last few flights to Asia. Easy to navigate and search for flights.
I have purchased tickets from Dallas Texas to Odessa Ukraine 4 times in 16 months and have used Flight Hub on 3 of them and always found them to be the best deal. I go through Kayak.com to do my search and it always shows me the best deals from all the leading websites. The one time that I went through another agency was due to the timeframe I needed to navigate with, but their prices are always the best. I would recommend that you look at their prices first before you go elsewhere, you will be glad that you did.
I needed to change my flight date as my business was not complete so i called flight hub to have flight changed and was the most un professional service i have ever experienced. Every time the agent needed to do any thing or find out anything at all she would place me on hold for at least 10 minutes at a time the first agent i spoke with was 1hour and 45 minutes with no resolve what was happening i was online and seen a price to change my flight it was not cheap it was like $125 canceling fee and then the price difference of the new ticket add another $245 total price was $370 i was good with that but the agent would continue to tell me i could not get that price i needed to buy the ticket for $680 was the longest and frustrating time. So i called back to talk to a supervisor about 2 hours later and spent another 2 hours on the phone talking to a supervisor that originally said yes she can help me switch flights again online price was a little higher this time only by $10 total price was $380 agent says yes that she was able to get me that price to switch gave her my credit card number and she returns and tells me i have bought the ticket and then puts me on hold for 15 minutes comes back and apologizes that i need to pay $680 for the ticket i was very confused by this asked her to explain how i gave her my credit card number and bought me my ticket for $380 and then 15 minutes later says i need to pay $680 it does not help that the agent does not speak very clear english so the language to communicate was difficult to say the least told her to forget it not wasting anymore time already spent 4.5 - 5 hours on the phone with them. I called back the next day and wanted to talk to the highest ranking person in the office and i got this guy saying he was senior office manager this 2 hour ordeal was the same as the day before only this guy was telling me he needed my 4 digit pin number for the credit card i said you mean the security number on the back of the card he said no the 4 digit pin number told this guy nobody gets this number and nobody has ever asked for this number i feel this agency was trying to steal from the consumers and will never use this company ever again
US Law requires all airlines to offer 24-Hour Ticket Refunds after purchase as long as the ticket is bought certain days in advance. This policy is honored by 99% of travel agencies, but FlightHub does not honor this.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
