I have always found the cheapest tickets on flight hub and the option to be flexible and save money is the best!
Ive tried to add an infant one way on my ticket which they said was totally possible after I purchase tickets. However after calling them back I found out its not and I have to purchase the ticket for infant both ways. I then contacted air line and purchased a ticket for baby for only one way flight without a problem. Also Im tired of wasting 5 minutes in the beginning of each call on all the ridiculous Id be more than happy to assist you stuff and listing each plane on the flight for confirmation that thats the flight Im talking about. These guys need to change their policy in order to be more concise and effective.
I got double booking. I didnt know that there was a double booking until I saw my updated credit card charges. I was supposed to get a refund after a month which was November or the latest December. I didn't get any refund so I call again and they tell me that I am going to get my refund in April. The reason the refund takes this long is because they don't refund you through online. They send you a paper cheque. I am still not sure if I am going to get my money back.

The review would be perfect, if when the purchase prize drops I could get lower price.
The agent kept on telling me that I should buy at a earlier date, which I did, but then the peice dropped by 200$ for Black Friday.

On the day i was to fly, I went to the airport but was told I could not fly because according to my ticket, my connecting flight was suppose to leave at that time I was to take off. I was told to reschedule the flight myself as they couldnt help me. I had no phone on me and begged a phone from someone. I however struggled to rebook and was sent a new ticket and was told i will pay additional fees. At the same time I went to check in and I was told the new ticket was not yet in the airport system. By the time the ticket got to the system, I was told it was late for me to check it and I missed my flight. Had to spend 3 extra days to get another flight of same airline as they were no economy class seats left.
Smooth operation, my number one place to book my flights to europe. Well detailed, if you phone them for any issue they will answer. Never had no problem so far.
We booked a 2 segment flight on American and chose the seats for the longer 2nd segment. There wasn't any notice that selecting seats costs extra. The diagram of the plane that shows what seats are available showed extra cost for some premium seats (exit row etc) but we didn't pick them. The first segment of our flight was delayed long enough that we missed our connection. We rebooked the 2nd segment with American, had about 30 minutes to get to other terminal to catch new flight. We actually got to the gate only a few minutes before our section began boarding. Once back home I see on my credit card a $29.90 charge from flighthub. Called customer service to find out it was for our seat selection. They would not refund it even though we didn't make the flight the seat selections were for. They said we would have had to call before the day of the flight to get the charge dropped, but the day before the flight we would have no way of knowing we were going to miss the flight! Then they said I should have called after rebooking the new segment. I told them that first, I didn't even know I was being charged for the seat selection to begin with and second I barely made it to the gate on time, but they still wouldn't budge. Won't be using their website any more because of there crappy customer service.
I wish I had looked at the reviews for this site first before I ordered my ticket, all the negative reviews were valid...
Horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE! Don't spend a dime booking through this company. They take your money super fast but god forbid they change your flight and you need to contact them. Been on hold for over 3hrs, pretty sure it's their way of ignoring your needs. Never use this company!

If there is a 0 star, I'd choose 0 star. They made a mistake booking my flight of Mar 23rd on Feb 23rd. I received an email prompting me to check-in and realized that that was wrong. I called them and their attitude was very not professional. They wouldn't reimburse me for the fee to change flights. They made me pay it on my own and refused to reimburse me. And every time you are on the line with them, you'd have to talk for 1 hour on the line with them.
Don't use their service. The worst booking experience ever.

Just wanted to update that I received an email from someone from their "Social Media" team stating they were going to send the issue to the escalations team-- whatever that means-- and it's been about two weeks since I received that email with no further follow-up.
I called FlightHub again, about two times, and the most recent time they told me it's actually going to take another 6-8 weeks. I want compensation for my wait time and the unnecessary stress this has caused me, and if it's not here by then I'm going to take legal action.
I am now at the 11 week mark since I first cancelled my flight.
I cannot stress enough-- don't book with FlightHub.
Please, save yourself from all the trouble I had to go through.
Originally booked a flight with FlightHub after reading good reviews about their service and prices, but due to political tensions in the country I was planning on visiting, I had to cancel my flight. At the time I called to cancel my flight, there were a few issues with the transaction at first, but I was eventually told that the cancellation fee was paid and the refunded amount would be in my bank in 6-8 weeks. I cancelled my flight on December 9th, and it's now February 9th, meaning it's been nine weeks.
I called customer service in January, after the 6 week mark because I was getting concerned by how long the refund was taking. What I was told was that the cancellation fee was not paid in full and that was why the refund hadn't even been processed yet. The thing is, on the website, under my profile, it said my flight was fully cancelled and that the refund was successful. I explained that I was told the refund was successful when I had first cancelled the flight in December, and they told me I was wrongly informed and that they would fix this issue and that the money would be given back to me within the next two weeks.
Two weeks later, which was a week ago, the money was still not in my account and so I called again, and they told me the same problem, that I had not paid the cancellation fee. Obviously quite frustrated, I told them the situation for the third time and they apologized and said to wait two days. I waited two days (seeing a pattern here?) and I called my bank first and they told me nothing was processing or on hold to be coming into my account, and so I called FlightHub again, and they told me to wait another week.
Long story short, don't book with FlightHub, their customer service is absolutely terrible. What's worse is that they kept trying to blame me, saying I didn't pay the cancellation fee, or trying to blame the bank I'm with for holding the money (which by the way, when I called them, they told me there were no pending transactions or ones that were on hold). I don't see how, if they are able to take my money in minutes when I paid for the flight, they are taking so long (9 weeks now! Past the promised maximum 8 weeks) to refund my money-- or at this point-- if they are going to refund my money at all If they do not, I will sue, but in any case, PLEASE save yourself the trouble that I'm having to go through and just book with a more reputable, risk-free source for your flight ticket.

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
Answer: No comparison to this disaster. Very bad site. Will avoid.
