The initial booking was fine, but when there was a notification of changes to my flight I had a bit of running around to do to find out the change in information. And it wasn't through flight hub. Had to go to the airline.
Booking tickets was straightforward and easy. Hassle free service. Updates and trip information was accurate and reliable.

I will never use Flighthub again. We booked through Flighthub for our trip from Toronto to Bali Indonesia departing December 2. The flight from Hong Kong to Indonesia was cancelled with Cathay Pacific due to volcanic activity. However Flighthub would not let me re rout our trip as Air Canada was considered our ticket holder and they would only let us reroute without fees if Air Canada was to issue a travel advisory. However since Air Canada does not fly into Indonesia they werent going to issue one. I spent over 20 hours the week before leaving speaking with all 3 companies and was passed back and forth. I am a broker and always take responsibility and speak with the lenders on their behalf. Flighthub failed to do so many of times and Air Canada was finally able to take the ticket away from them and assist me with my re routing needs. I will be sure to book directly from now on and have shared my experience with others who will now be doing the same. I wasted many of hours dealing with this when it should have been flighthub taking the control as they are representing both myself and the airlines. Very disappointed.

Not only were my options extremely unfavorable, the customer service I received was atrocious.

Flight hub delivered what they said they would. They made sure I had all the information related to my flights when they were changed.
Be very careful when purchasing tickets through here, we purchased basic economy tickets that didn't allow us to have seat assignments or any carryon luggage besides a personal item.
This year, I am becoming a twenty- first -year -old girl. It seems like I afford my life, and I will be starting to prepare for my special list that I write anything I want to do in the future. Specially, I will write all of the famous places where I wan to go. Then, I will prepare for the budget that I should spend doing that. I love travelling, eating, taking the pictures. Therefore, I will work hard to complete my dream. Flighthub is the best way to help me to do that, I always look for some cheap tickets in there. Also, the customer service is so nice. I remember I booked a flight to go back my hometown - Viet Nam; suddenly, I realized I couldn't attempt it cause I have to do internship in that time. I emailed to them, I helped to solve this problem and explained any my concerns.
Through it, I think I always choose Flighthub like the best website when I travel.
More emails then needed. The occasional deal. Not very specific when there are deals. Not worth it to cancel - no money back. Alerts can be helpful.
Overall a good experience. Booking the flight was quite simple and I was notified when the flight itinerary changed.

I buy a lot of tickets through your site every year. I had to cancel my flights couple of times due to important personal reasons. I am not happy with no-refund policy. And I am not happy with huge penalties for the flight changes.

The price of flights are a good bargain. I don't even bother comparing with other sites anymore. I go straight to flight hub any time I plan to travel.
Always find the best deals on flighthub. Quick and easy booking process makes the process worry free. Really love the flexible dates option, really good for flyers who don't need a specific date arrival but would appreciate to save a couple bucks without a ton of resetting of flight options.
Flightub is one of the placess I go to whenever Im searching for flights and so far they have been providing me the lowest fares out there.
Customer service on the phone very frustrating and painfully long to get seemingly basic changes made. Spent over an hour on the phone twice in the same day, mostly on hold or being transferred to different reps.
I usually like using Flighthub but the last time I bought a ticket I checked no for insurance but was charged anyway. It increased my ticket by 25%. I tried to call both Flighthub and Manulife on their 1-800 numbers and they were not valid in Europe. No other contact info given so I had to eat the charge. Pretty upset with that. Probably will not use the site again.
Very simple to use and cheapest flight I found! I would recommend this site any day and will continue to use it for all my vacation needs.

Do not book with this company. Worst customer service ever. Their reps barely comprehend the English language and lack any sense to deviate from their scripted answers. I was hung up on 4 different times as soon as I asked to speak with a manager. I highly doubt this was coincidental but something drilled into their overseas call Center staff to prevent escalations.
Representatives lied intentionally and contradicted themselves when called out on their false statements. Myrequests for a copy of the recorded all were brushed off - I was told I had to submit a request in writing which I did. I was then told it had to be hand written and typed was not acceptable. They didnt provide an address to send my hand written request Really? So I wrote a hand written note, scanned it and sent it in only to be told that there was no call recording. What a useless company. Stay far far away!
I find westjet is never on schedule they lied about flights put me up in a hotel, I had to pay for ground transportation, I was over 2 hrs waiting for luggage. Next day my flight was delayed 4 times and they kept telling us the plane was in the air, I paid $40 dollars extra for my seat but on the flight they put me on on day 2 they crowded me in a seat with no leg room. Seems every flight with them is so unorganized and off schedule. I am hoping never to have to fly with them again. Am trying to change airlines for my flight on the 5th to puerto vallarta

Answer: Terrible experience. I bought "extended cancellation insurance" which apparently expires the same day you buy it. I learned this when I tried to cancel my flight the next day. Why would anyone buy cancellation insurance that only lasts a few hours? They did refund my cancellation insurance but I was stuck with the flight. I would not have booked when I did if I understood the cancellation policy.
